Hello,
I’m trying to override prices for Selected Category, but the entered Override Price Tag text overriding the prices for all products. Is it possible to fix it?
Thank you
]]>On DE version i can see my custom message, but on EN version i don’t see my custom message.
I translated custom message in both versions and add both id (de and en products)
Hello,
I created a button that appears instead of the add to cart button and it only appears on selected products. So far so good, but I don’t know why that button also appears on the Shop page, on the side below the banner. How do I hide it?
Hi and thank You for the good work!
The plugin doesn’t actually seem WPML-compatible.
I sugget a code edit to be eventually added in a future release: line 357 + 359 from:
. $custom_message .
to
. __( $custom_message, 'hide-cart-functions' ) .
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Marco
Hi,
I added your plugin to https://pissaridescashsavers.com/ in order to hide the price of various categories and it works fine for those categories. In this website I do not want to accept orders, but only to display the products and in some cases their prices, so there are no registered users.
The problem is that for Categories that the price is supposed to be visible, it is visible in the Archives/Category Page (https://prnt.sc/a7nEfpYHUAb_), but when you click to see the Single Product, the price disappears (https://prnt.sc/RdRnUInxLbNE).
When I Customize the WooCommerce > Single Product, it is set to show the Price (https://prnt.sc/lHhy4O0IJTkh). Most probably when Customizing the Price, I am considered as logged in (or Administrator), so the Price is visible.
Is there something in the settings that I need to adjust, so the Price will be visible in the single product?
]]>Hi there,
I want to hide prices for guest users and use the plugin “Hide Cart Functions”. Works well for guests (prices and so on are hidden) but if I am logged in I could only see prices at page 2, 3, 4, … and not on page 1.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance,
Andreas
We upgraded your plugin to version 1.1.2 and Woocommerce 8.2.0 and the ‘add to cart’ button on single product pages disappeared.
We’ve deactivated Hide Cart Functions and the button reappears.
Add to cart on the home page, category listings etc. still worked. The issue only appeared on the single product page.
We use woostify theme
ETA: We only had one rule in use that hid specific products from being added to cart, but the issue affected all products after the upgrades.
]]>So after the latest update per date October 10th 2023, all buy know buttons were gone.
I have set a hide on certain product ids to indeed hide those (replaced products, products that will never be in store anymore).
After the mentioned update, the buy now button was gone for all products.
After deactivation of the plugin, the buy now buttons are all visible again.
BTW I have NOT set the option to remove anything from the database after deactivation.
Now on reactivation all my rules are gone. My list of products was long and now I don’t have a backup (well I do have store backups of course, but nothing easy for this plugin).
So two problems i see with the latest update:
1. It seems my rules got applied irregardless of my products id list.
2. Deactivation removes all related database elements of the plugin even when it has been set to NOT do that and keep the settings in the DB.
I want to hide cart button for Guest (Client must login to checkout) but it doesn’t work. PLease see my capscreen : https://amcdev.webetc.fr/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Capture-decran-2023-09-21-a-11.49.21.png
I tried selecting “Logged in Users” : cart is hidden for ALL users. Then selecting “Guest only” : cart is enable for ALL users. Can you please help me ?
]]>Hello,
Your plugin works, but…
For a guest, the prices are hidden when they visit a product page, they will not see the product prices and the ‘add to cart’ button will not work.
If this person then logs in and returns to the same product page, they will still not see the price, and the shopping cart button will still not work.
The old version of that page is still in the browser.
If this person now presses the F5 button to refresh that product page, they will see the price and the cart button will work.
It also doesn’t matter which theme I use and whether all other plugins are disabled except woocommerce. Cache plugins are also disabled.
How can we solve this?
]]>Installed and activated the plugin. Add a new rule for guests only, hide quantity, hide add to cart and override price field for text “login to see prices”. Add all my catergories and hit save. When I log out I see don’t see the prices and add to cart except on the homepage (add to cart button). When I do log in I still don’t see the prices and add to cart.
What I doing wrong?
]]>Hi all,
Very nice plugin. I use it as part of my product management approach (sold out, replaced by, to be restocked, etc.)
But I think this is a bug.
All the hide settings only work on the list in the ‘Product IDs’ field, but the ‘Hide Custom Element fields’. The last one is active on all products irrespective of the content of the ‘Products IDs’ field.
