This plugin works great with our Cermony theme.

I was leery of this plugin given there are no screen shots of an actual proofing gallery. After giving this plugin a try I now know why. When the gallery is set for proofing my images appear at full resolution at the top of the page on top of my theme- not inline. Then the images appear at normal size below inline within my theme. There is a narrow vertical white rectangle with two zeros, one over the other. Apparently you use these characters for voting up and down during proofing.

Perhaps this is still in development and will improve with future versions.
