I placed my own snazzymaps generated style into view.core.js & frontend_script.js – but when I select this, the whole map is just #46BCEC (blue)
Are there any extra steps that I’m missing? The code format looks the same om the .js – just the output won’t work.

But before i have 2 questions. First, is it possible to add geolocation to the plugins ? The best will be after the map the users is prompted to accept geolocation. If yes, the map center on the user location.
Second questions, Is it possible to load the marker on a side windows when you scroll on the maps ( something like airbnb does with their map) ?

One thing I was having an issue with is the directions. When I enable directions it gives me directions from my location to the marker. Is it possible to have directions from one marker to another?
For example: I am building a site for a Mountain lodge, I have the Lodge as a marker on the map and there are other markers that represent points of interest near the lodge, I would like the user to receive directions from the Lodge to that point of interest (even though the user may be using the map from home, not from the lodge)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
]]>Is it possible to disable the zoom function of the markers? I know I can set the zoom of the markers to the same value as the map load zoom which works fine until the user zooms in on the map using the zoom controls. From there if the user clicks a marker it zooms back out to the default zoom, then when you close the info box for that marker the map zooms back in to the zoom value the user was viewing before clicking the marker.
I need do disable any effect the markers have on zoom, is this possible?
PS – I do have full FTP access to my site, I am a developer with a decent handle of java etc.

I’m having an error when I’m trying to go to Upload marker pack and Custom markers tab. The error says “The security token has timed out. Please try again.” (Please see my screenshot for further details). Having that error, I’m unable to upload a custom marker because the upload button is missing (Please see my screenshot for further details). Just asking if what is causing this error. The website was hosted by OpenVPN server.

Hi, I have one big map with many markers belonging to different categories. Is it possibile on a page to show only one specific category (via a property on the shortcode)? For example in the map here I need to show only markers which belongs to Dove dormire category. I don’t wan t to show the filtering dropdown menu. Thanks

Id like to create either a leaflet that pushes the map to the side on the marker click, showing the inside content, or to create a more elaborate popup than the one we already can. For the record, Im trying to duplicate somewhat AirBnB style. I tried the developers option, which unfortunately is limited to 50 characters at any given time in the box. Should I have custom CSS class defined in a different file? How about JS function then, as I dont see any file storing Heromaps information anywhere.

First of all, thank you for the great plugin. It’s really easy to use and might be just what I needed.
However, I am trying to upload custom markers, but the upload button doesn’t show in the CMS. This happens on the following pages: “Custom Markers” and “Upload Marker Pack”.
I tried using different browsers, but it looks the same in Chrome (v43), Firefox (v38.0.5) and Internet Explorer (v10). See screenshot.
Is there any way to resolve this? If you need any additional information, please let me know.

I seem to have a problem maintaining the map load zoom. I set the zoom to be 15 but when viewed on the front end it zooms right in instead of staying at 15. Also when I go back in to edit the map the map shows the whole globe and not the 15 zoom I set it at.
In the admin “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=hmapspro” it seems to cause a Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL with the load-scrips.php in wp-admin
There is no error being generated on the front end.
By the way I love the ui for this looking forward to your slider.

We’re missing out something crucial at the moment and this is the filter widget to only show certain map markers.
LIVE EXAMPLE https://www.london-se.com/maps/favourite-spots – Look at the right side of the browser and click on ‘LEGEND’, how cool is that!
At some point a search bar may be needed to look for map markers within the location map.
Can you also create a ‘customer showcase’ thread in your forums as I would like to show you how I’m using it.

For several weeks I was looking for a plugin that can create maps with customizable markers. Yours may well be appropriate. But I still have several questions before finally retain that one.
1° The plugin has no file for translation. It’s a shame. If you internationalize the plugin, I might be translated into French.
2° Without translation or explanation, I do not understand how works the “Controls” section. Could you create an help page about that in the documentation?
3° It may be a matter of settings or controls, but I would be able to adjust the zoom level when there is a single marker on the map. For now, when the map appears with the default zoom, we do not even know where the marker is, perhaps in water or in a meadow …
At least I would like to display the surroundings.
4° One of my criteria for choosing a Google maps plugin is the the “mashup” function. I have not found or not understood how to create a map containing all the cards, while the description of the plugin announces that it can do this.

My wordpress installation is run on HTTPS. That’s why I can’t run the plugin, because the google script is hardcoded to the http url:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.alleskidszoetermeer.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=hmapspro' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&libraries=places&callback=initialise_map'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Could you fix this?

I just installed the Hero Maps Pro plugin. Created a map, configured setting, but am unable to add a marker. Nothing is showing up below the map where it says ‘Drag and drop one of the markers below onto the map’.

I’d love to replace Yoasts Local Seo Store Finder with something like this. Eh….. one problem: When the end user clicks on a map marker, something should happen?!?! ??
Perhaps a custom url?
In other words, if I want to direct people to a storagedepot.com store, then once I upload the locations, it should go to /store1; /store2; /store3 when a person clicks on the appropriate map marker.
