This chat plugin is exactly what I was looking for and it worked a treat on my website. I don’t understand why the free version is no longer available? The free version was just enough for very small business like myself and those trialling HelpDen. What you fail to realise is those free users will eventually pay the monthly fee when they start growing. Now I’ve had no choice but to switch to your competitor Zopim.

I like that it’s simple and doesn’t hurt my head. But there isn’t a free version anymore?Now I need an iPhone to use their app.
