This plugin fit exactly what we needed for my client’s non-profit website- an easy to use FAQs widget that we populated with our own questions and answers. We have used it for several years before getting an accessibility audit of our website and found a few issues relating to keyboard focus and tabbing within the FAQs dialog box. The plugin support team were very quick to resolve all the issues and went above and beyond to make this widget usable by screen reader users. Thanks for a great plugin that prioritizes accessibility.

An excellent knowledge base plugin that truly enhances user experience. With the ability to create individual FAQs, an efficient search feature, and quick contact options, this plugin stands out. The support team is impressively responsive, actively incorporating user ideas and suggestions, resulting in prompt and meaningful improvements to the plugin’s functionality.
I am upgrading, but you have the option to disable the ‘Powered By’ message on the Free version, which originally sealed the deal for me!

I’ve been using the Echo Knowledge Base plugin for a while. Their new Help Dialog builds on this. A great front end tool to allow internal teams or customers to quickly search for help or contact your support team if needed. Thank you Echo Plugins. Great work.
