Doesn’t play nice with my site’s back to top button. Click on an anchor link and the page scrolls to the anchor with the correct offset. BUT click back to top and the page only scrolls a little bit. Maybe by the amount of the offset, I’m not sure. But it looked to be about that distance.

I wasted hours trying a js or css solution to offeset anchors in Visual composer because the sticky menu covered t 100px.
This plugin I just activated add 100px in the settings and BOOM !!! Ready

Propose (if possible) … for responsive @media css code … to be able to have some type of On/Off for scrolling (css code insert).
This will be for the cases where in Main website there is a “Sticky menu” ON we are off-setting for -but- in mobile devices we have Sticky Menu off.

If all you’re looking for is an offset solution for anchor links, then this plugin is perfect. Super quick to setup, just go to your main Settings page in WordPress and enter your offset.

There are solutions floating around the web that don’t work when the anchor link comes from a different page. This one works in that situation. Very easy to set up.
