We are very happy to use this plug-in tool on our website, we created a customer survey page with the very simple to use interface, and we have some technical difficult on how to capture the form data to feed to our in house developed API and save to DB; The supporting team are very knowledgeable and provide great details with code samples on how to extract the data as the way we wanted it.

Yes – I’ve tried a gazillion different plugins, I have few PRO licenses too…
HappyForms stands out above all because it is lightweight.
Besides, it is very functional and reliable.
I really like the fact that it is one of the few plugins that does not add its UI, as most plugins do in the admin panel, but natively integrates with WordPress.

I bought this plug-in when I wanted a lightweight and speedy forms plugin with alot of customizations.
Everything worked fine, but I had some problems styling my form. I sent an e-mail to the support and got support almost instantly and got everything sorted out.

You feel deceived when the description of the free version includes features only available in paid version. Secondly, I keep getting the annoying “Start with a free trial” popup every time I click through the different setting areas under this plugin. If you make a good product, people will seek out to purchase the paid version for their needs. Keep blasting promo messages in their face is just tacky.

Overall this is a fantastic little form builder with excellent visual features for making the forms look great. I had no problems setting this up and working within the interface.
The forms worked well and I was able to create very long ones without issue.
My only critique would be the Accessibility issues that happen when I run it through an insight checker. If those can be cleaned up it would be the best thing on the market. Also, very few forms pass accessibility tests, so this one is not singled out. But it’s a very important part of my work.

`The plugin helps to create great forms and allows many application possibilities. For that I would like to give it 5 stars and for that I had also used it for a year in the pro version (on several websites), as I was within a reasonable price range thanks to a discount code.
Now the pro version has expired and as expected I can’t create new forms – no problem at all <strong>BUT I can’t access any data at all anymore</strong>! All old messages, collected form data etc. have now disappeared behind a pop-up! So I have to buy an annual licence again so that I can access MY old data? This is incredibly damaging to my business and I will definitely not fall into this trap again!
So anyone who wants to use HappyForms should definitely<strong> be aware that it is a decision that cannot easily be reversed</strong>.
