I downloaded and upload “hack me if you can” plugin I realize I take wrong step I didnt understand at first so I followed url and now I cant log in I am admin and it wont let me log in

How to fix that?

You should not use short tags.. This will cause trouble on millions of servers since it’s disabled resulting in a failing plugin…

You should NEVER ignore the php part of <?php..
