Wanted to share that the demos you link to in the plugin description are broken, there are no visible fields and they show both the “success” and “error” messages below them. Went to submit this issue on your site’s contact page, and it too is also having the same problem.

My form is displaying the message “Sorry! your form was not submitted properly, Please try again later.” but registering the form answers in the back office.

It is not configured to send an email notification, so there really is no reason why it displays the error.

I created a form that collects emails, name, and message, but I would like to

1) add a choice field like:

What’s your budget: 0-100 , 100-200, 200-300 so the person can select from the options before submitting the message

2) add more text fields

how do I do this?

I have upgraded to use the pro version but it isn’t showing in my WordPress Hostinger. I have deleted the plug in, reinstalled it, cleared the cache, deleted and added the site back on Gutena but no luck. I can’t find any contact for support and this is preventing me from moving forward with my website creation.

Thanks for making this plugin, it’s beautifully lightweight and simple.

I’m looking for a way to add a customer email confirmation, so after completing the form they get sent an automatic confirmation email. This seems like a pretty standard feature for a contact form but I can’t seem to find it in this plugin.

When I send a mail with the form, I receive it but the success message isn’t displayed and the button style animating the dots.

I have a specific php configuration to send the email with SMTP that could ovewrite some properties i’ve setup to the gutena form block in gutenberg edior :

I precise that before that php configuration everythings was working correctly (except that gutena form using the wp_mail function and the mail was received as junk).

I check in the console and found that there is an error when I click on the submit button : “SyntaxError: Unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON at position 4 (line 1 column 5)”

Hi there. If you use autofill for the email address when the form is on a dark background, it completes it and makes the text black (screenshot example).

I created a pattern (in the Site Editor) called Contact Form, but it does not show up in the pattern inserter. So I just copied the code from there directly into the page and it works fine. I assume the issue is that it is dependent on your plugin so that probably needs to be registered in code.

What do I need to do, to get the pattern to show-up in the inserter?

how can I export the entries of a form? I can see the entries table but when In have hundreds of entries I need to be able to export them to analyze them

Form works great, but i’d like to have consistency in the fonts. If i use a “TextArea”, then the font appearing in live is slightly different and more “blocky” than the rest. where it says “Your Message”

In the WP admin looks fine though the live one is different. Is it possible to make it look like the rest of the fields? If i switch to “Text” looks fine. Guess it’s a font setting in one of the php files?

I just realised the form isn’t working with Cloudflare on – massive issue for me as i want to have it on.

As soon as i enable Development Mode (bypass) it works immediately and i get emails. With CF on it says “Your form submitted successfully!” green checkmark but no email and nothing registered in the WP Dashboard either.

Is there a way to have it working with CF on? I am using these page rules:

Hi there. Fantastic plugin so just wanted to first say thank you!

Two small issues I’m struggling to figure out.

Firstly, when you autocomplete your email address on mobile it brings up a yellow background. Can this be removed? Here’s a screenshot if needed.

Secondly, when you press the submit button it goes a sort of purple colour until it brings up the success message. Can this be changed to one of my brand colours?

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi, The forms made in Gutena Forms doesn’t meet accessibility compliances. The form fields have no labels and it can be inaccessible for people with disabilities.

I believe the solution could be fairly easy to fix.

I see that your plugin will send the results of customer information entered into the Entries tab and send an email. I don’t know how to configure it to know which post customers are reading when they submit contact form information.

As in contact form 7, there will be [_site_url] when configured. It will be very good.

The HTML e-mail is starting with <p> instead of <html>. This cause SpamAssassin to throw the flag HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG and -0.635 points.

I’m excited for this form. I inserted it into my website and it worked great. However, I found after I changed the form a bit, it no longer works.

I removed the Last Name and Subject fields (to simplify), and changed a bit of the displayed text slightly (names of the remaining fields, as well as the help text inside a blank field). I also changed some settings, like the email address a notification is sent to. But now when an end-user submits this customized form, no email notification is sent. I get the message in the Forms menu from my WordPress admin page, but I really need to get the email as well.

I’m helping someone make a www.remarpro.com website, and we created a Gutena Forms block that was setup with their email a month or so ago. Upon testing it, it is not sending any of our test submissions to her designated email. In addition, we are unable to see if anyone else has attempted to submit a form over the past month since it’s been live, since it’s not sending to the email and the Forms entries shows no entries, not even the test submissions we’ve done.

Is there any other way of seeing entries from any submissions and/or anything we can do to troubleshoot this? Thank you!

I am just trying to translate the error messages but I can’t see them to modify the text so they are left in English, is there somewhere to do this?
