I followed the instructions to install the PlugIn, and so far everything seems to work just fine, however, when i try to create a new workflow, although all options in the Workflow Details pane behave as expected, Actions pane do not. Both combos are completly empty, and message textbox is blocked.

I’ve check documentation and it doesn’t seem that i need to make further adjustments.

I also checked around the internet to see if anyone else has a solution for this problem provided some misstep was made by my part.

Finally, i reach to the code and, even tho I’m not expert whatsoever in PHP, seems like these options would come from a WebService at GET -> https://api.gupshup.io/sm/api/v1/template/list/<USER_ID&gt; with my apikey as auth parameter. I checked if this was returning any kind of data but it returns with a “reason: Invalid details, status: error”.

I may have installed something incorrectly or understood the documentation or the code wrongfully, but right now seems to me like there is some kind of problem related to the behaviour of the Plug-In.

Could you provide me any insight on whether is there a solution on my side or there is a problem behind the development of the plug-in? Thank you so much.

PD. Also, I’d like to know if the plugin implements the possibility of “hardcoding” custom templates in order for this to work, and if so, i would appreciate some information about the procedure.
