Our gotowebinar registration URL looks similar to the following: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/203558xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Would you advise what should we enter for the server# on the plugin settings page? Thank you!
]]>Hi,
What GTW URL am I supposed to “pass on” and how do I do this? I have a scheduled webinar and webinar id, but I can’t figure out what to do with this information in the shortcode. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Jan

Thanks

Your plugin no longer works with these
There are no more www2, www3, etc
]]>See topic above. I’m trying to use it with a rockettheme template and it’s not usable. No response on the support thread.
]]>I’m implementing this for a client. I’ve hardcoded the first, last, email, and webinar ID. If I eliminate any of them, the plugin errors correctly but if they’re all present, it breaks the template as seen here: https://shareholderinsite.com/test-post/
Checking in the gotomeeting account, I never see a registration being made.
This is a rockettheme template with the gantry framework.
Please advise.
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
Excuse what the could be the most obvious question, but how exactly do you make this “work”?
In the help file it says:
“Make sure you pass URL Parameters to this page, i.e. from a registration form. GoToWebinar requires that you supply a first name, last name and an email address.”
Can you provide an example such a form?
Matt
