]]>I downloaded the plug-in and received an e-mail saying that the pages have been translated and that I needed to log in to approve them. I went to the link provided (https://translate.gts-translation.com/api/account/login) but my username and password weren’t recognized. When I tried resetting my password, it asks “Please enter the following words:” and there are no words after the text. When I pressed continue, it asks me to enter the validation text but no such validation text exists. Could you kindly help me out with this? Thanks very much.

]]>This plugin sucks with no support like most of the others. What I have discovered with plugins are they work right off the bat or they are a piece of crap and you are on your own. In my case even though by blogs come back translated when you click a language it takes you to an error 404 with a blank page,

I have contacted the plugin developer, but there has been no reply. Granted, it has been a holiday a couple days ago, but I would like a response from anyone who has been able to make this plugin work. I want this plugin to work. I cannot configure it at all.

it worked only the first time and never transleted automatically again and after I removed and reinstalled it I lost also the articles transleted the first time, maybe there is something wrong with the api url (strong error)

]]>The original english version of my website displays just fine, however when you translate any page into any language, it loses all coding and reverts back to just html!
When I first downloaded the plugin it did not do this. I have the plugin active on my website:

I have the Agency child theme of Genesis installed. The “front page” is generated by widgets, which are being translated (poorly) by the GTS machine. We are a translation site, so it’s important that we be able to edit this content, but we only see posts and pages in the editable content on the GTS site.
We put the content up today and saw immediate translations of site titles and initial post and page available for edit on the GTS site, but, although the widget text is showing in machine translation on the site, a corresponding file we can edit is not listed on the GTS blog editor website. Will this be possible? Where can we find and edit the content, or replace it if necessary?
We’d also like to be able to get better translations of things like the text around the translation button.
]]>I started to receive a message in Russian that (when translated) states if users coming to my site wanted to have the site translated into Russian. Looking at the source, it seemed that the GTS plugin was the cause. I tried to delete the plugin but the code remains in the page page source. I can’t find out where I can remove it. Any help?

Menus do not show up on translated pages, just an empty bar with no content. Is this something I have to edit myself?

Also getting 404 errors when using translate widget, once I click on the home link on the 404 page then home page comes up translated but no menu to continue on to other pages.

I’m getting messages such as “GTS: The post is midway through the translation post-edit process. Please publish again after the process has been completed”
Could you check things on your end? It seems to me like something is stuck somewhere. I find the GTS workbench is very slow and am not able to use it to look to see if the posts are there for review or not anymore.

I just installed this plugin for a client, everything seems to be working fine, however he isn’t using any sidebars or widget areas. He wants the Language Selector is there a way to add this without usng the widget?

I re-install GTS Translation Plugin but it can not use.

Hello, I wanted to answer some people who ran into this issue: you install the GTS Translation plugin and then see a whole bunch of 404 not found pages when trying to reach translated pages.
It is apparent that the 404 errors occurs when people install the GTS plugin on sites that have custom WordPress Permalink settings. The GTS plugin works fine when the WordPress uses a standard Permalink setting (e.g., Day and Name, Month and Name, Post Name etc.). But if you have a custom Permalink setting then the 404 issue may occur. The translated content is there, just that the Permalink URL is not resolved to the translated content. If you see a 404 issue, change the Permalink setting to Day and Name and see if that resolves the problem. If it does not, please post again to this forum. Thanks, Dave

Hi (yet again, sorry!)
I have a plugin called ‘Business Directory Plugin’ and it creates a directory on my wordpress blog. It works by using one shortcode and then it creates it’s own pages from there.
If you try to translate on of the pages on that directory, it takes you back to the English version of the main page.
Take a look. Try translating the page and you’ll see what I mean.

I know that Arabians read from right to left, but why would the plugin move my right sidebar to the left and my left sidebar to the right? It totally messes with the page layout and now the ads aren’t in the desired place. I would like the sidebars to stay the same. As you can now see that in Arabic the page doesn’t fit and the ads are moved to the bottom below everything!
