Hi,

I’m trying to set up daily tests with the plugin. However, when I create the event it keeps defaulting to a date in the past with no option to change the start date anywhere. As a result the scheduled test will never start. How can I fix this?

We were alerted last week that this plugin has a security vulnerability and it has consquently been removed from the WordPress database.

Can anyone please confirm what the vulnerability is and if we should have cause for concern?

But I don’t understand the significance of “Api Credits”. What are they? Do I need them to use the plugin? What’s the price? Where to purchase?

I am using Gutenberg blocks editor and having issues in CLS. When I have published my post CLS was .01 and later on it increased to 0.10 and some times more. I have installed images optimiser as well. And TBT is also more than the limits.

Since version 5.5 of WordPress, the dashboard is no longer displayed and the site is very slow.
Are you thinking of updating your plugin to make it compatible with WP 5.5?

Since fews weeks, my login was slowed down. At first I did not have the time to check why, but now it’s done. For some reason, I can’t test my website from Canada (but from London it works). As the plugin doesn’t allow any other location than Canada (for scheduled tests), it’s a problem, because access to its specific pages takes over 2mn (till some timeout it seems!) and access to admin dashboard, where the plugin also displays results, is slowed down too by over 2mn…

On settings page I get: “Failed to connect to gtmetrix.com port 443: Connection timed out”

As my website can be tested from other locations, I can’t do anything else than deactivate it.

Maybe you could work on that?

The screen shows the first line of the waterfall chart. This entry 6-8 times longer than all the others. With one exeption, there is later a second line for the subdomain… same dns connect. So one conect for domain.com and one for static.domain.com

Don’t know why this is that long and how to reduce it. Gzip is enabled.

Hi, I finally updated to WP 5.2 and ran the Site Health tool. It came up with the below error for this plugin. I am looking to update to the most current version of PHP but am worried this might cause a conflict. Thoughts anyone?

I hope someone can help. I have this in GTMetrix and just don’t know where these two files are. I deleted the images, I have cleared cache on my site – to be honest though I don’t know what I am doing! How do I remove references please

I just installed the plugin, cleared the cache and started our first test, got the results in minute or so. That’s it after the first test I never got results, every time I initiate the test it hangs and I’ll have to click close to stop the test, some times I get results some times not.

Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated, or if its a known bug please let me know so that I can delete this plugin.

What does this do please? Only affect display of reports?
