Error, displaying the word “array” after updating WP to 6.5. I have tested and confirmed this error (turning the plugin off will no longer display the word “array”, when turned on it will return). Hope to have an update soon
]]>Hi.
I noticed that it does not display the form if I am logged out of facebook on that browser and I see this in the browser console: Refused to display https://web.facebook.com/ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘deny’.
Is this normal? Should it only show if I am logged in facebook?
Thanks

]]>Hello,
I used the shortcodes to show the Facebook comment, but for now, the shortcodes are not working. But if I used the select post type to show Facebook in the plugin setting, the Facebook comment is showing. How can I fix this problem?
Please check this link to know the location of the Facebook comment that I created with shortcodes https://prnt.sc/hnfHxKvRBZ83.
Thank you.
I have set up the plugin, added my Facebook app ID and I see comments on my posts but they are not getting added to the post on Facebook or vice versa. When someone comments on the Facebook the comment does not get added to the post on my site. Is the plugin supposed to do that? I assumed it would do that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
thanks
]]>Hi,
I’m looking for ideas how I can reload the Facebook comments (div) automatically every 5 seconds without reloading the whole page. Are there any possibilities?
Kind regards.
]]>Hi!
Is the pro version available in portuguese?
Also, the plugin shows “Facebook Notice for EU! You need to login to view and post FB Comments!’ regardless if you are or aren’t logged inside Facebook”. If I update, will this disappear?
]]>Hi
This plugin was causing slowdowns and we debugged it and found:
1) it is requesting a LOT the domain ip-api.com only to verify if the client IP is from EU.
The issue is that it is kind of flooding it and this site seems to rate limit requests, and most of the times it returns “429 Too Many Requests”.
It is requesting it multiple times in the same client request..!
I suggest that you use a local maxmind db (or other product) to verify the IP location.
Or better simply disable that code, it is there only to show a message for EU clients, i don’t think it’s a big deal to show it to everybody.
Personally i commented the lines, it’s not worth the hassle.
2) it is requesting a LOT developers.facebook.com in the same functions, why are you doing this POST request to it since the output isn’t used, is it to refresh the comments there? Are you sure it is needed?
It is causing a severe delay in response and flooding facebook servers
]]>Facebook Notice for EU! You need to login to view and post FB Comments!
My website is: https://www.uspl.it
After this message the comment box not appear.
I have scraped my website with opengraph checker and it’s all ok. The plugin not work?
Since the addition of the EU notice my site has been very slow to load. I traced it to the ip-api.com request, which either times out or is very slow to respond. I don’t really care if non-logged-in EU users can’t see the comments, so can you make an option to turn off this functionality? Or find a way to determine the country without an external request?
]]>Hi,
I’ve already setup the plugins at my page.
The attached link is one of my pages that use this plugin.
The problem is I can’t fresh login to Facebook from chrome browser. If I’ve signed in to Facebook earlier in the same browser prior to commenting at the page, no problem.
But if fresh sign in, from chrome browser, it just keep on failing.
I’ve tested with Microsoft Edge browser, no such problem.
Please advise.

]]>Hello,
We’ve used your plugin for a while now and really like it but last week we started seeing that having the plugin activated on that site was leaving a lot of hanging database connections. The DB connections don’t drop off even after the browser window is completely closed.
This eventually causes problems for other sites on the server as the DB server is out of connections, so we’ve deactivated the plugin for now.
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, though it was updated to the most recent version, but the problem persists.

]]>Hello,
The plugin loads only if I am logged-in as an admin in WP. Otherwise, it doesn’t load.

]]>Hi,
Facebook comments aren’t showing on some of my single post page.
I am using the latest plugin.
Hello,
I have a question about the wp social comment plugin.
I have tested this plugin and I tried to display its widget in gd posttype and it worked. We can post comments on every listing detail page because I displayed the comment widget on each listing and each listing has a different comment, but the comment data does not enter to the listing data on the backend. So I want to ask where can I find the comment data in the wordpress backend?
Thank you
]]>Is there a way to do this automatically when someone posts a comment?
Obviously if there is more than one person commenting…
Hi,
Is it possible to move where the comments are displayed?
The comments show above the author bio and I’d like it to display underneath it.
]]>Is there a way to show it in other languages than the options? Can I translate the few words used like “Comment”, “Like”, “Post”, “Sort by” etc.?
]]>Hello,
Is there a way to have those comments being posted to a given shared post only and not at main page?
Ex: when publishing a WP post and sharing it on FB, having comments being published in the comments of this post at FB.
Hope that makes sense…
