When i try to use the carousel layout, i get the message “Could not find this template”. I’m testing this in a clean wordpress installation with WordPress 6.6.2 running?Twenty Twenty-Three?theme.

Hey guys. I’m new with the plugin. I would like to get help with an issues that I have.
When I click on “Change image ratio”on the Layout Builder, the screen goes darker and nothing appears. To get out of this screen I have to reload the page, and then, all of my settings are not saved.

When I go to the backend of a grid, it shows “Loading grid layout” and nothing happens.

WordPress Version: 6.5.2

When trying to edit a existing grid in the backend, the page appears, but stay with the “loading layout information”, and nothing else happens.

Any fix or suggestion?

When we click load more on our grid, it used to load more items on the page, now it just loads up the same 6 projects again instead of showing all the ones we have for that category. I have tried disabling all plugins to see if that was an issue, but the problem still remains. We have a grid at the bottom of each of our division pages (all linking to different categories), but they are all doing the same thing now just reloading the same 6 projects over and over.

No matter which method I use (page buttons, Load more, infinite scroll), it will load the same 20 articles over and over, not 21-40, 41-60 etc. “Loading all” just is not reasonable with the amount of content we have.

I took over this site and discovered that pagination does not work. When selecting page numbers, always first page is returned. I debugged this and found that mistake is in PHP code, where $current_page is not passed and therefore it is always one. I believe it is in file pagination.php (as I remember).

What made you come back to this app after a 2 year hiatus?

Is there any way to disable or alter the behaviour of the the grid jump when clicking on categories?

I keep getting Wordfence notices and critical errors that this plugin has been removed from WordPress. I know the plugin has been updated a few times recently to remove security vulnerabilities. When can we expect this to be back up? Thanks.

I have the grid in different tabs and sometimes it doesn’t display correctly, they get jumbled up on top of each other on 1 row.

I have a selection of categories, one being Residential. Beneath Residentail I will have a selection of child categories, such as ‘Private’, ‘Affordable’ and ‘Student’.

Creating a grid for each child category is fine, but what I would like is in ‘Residential’, to be able to show all the images in the child categories, is htis possible?

Recently, I have added a table on my home screen, which shows all the content related to a category. This table displays 9 items per screen and has the option to load more. But, when it loads these new items, it often repeats some items that have already been displayed. Is there any way to make it not repeat any of them?

Just recently I’ve had some php errors showing on grid pages.

Notice: Undefined index: authors in /home/sites/public_html/mysite/wp-content/plugins/grid-plus/shortcodes/grid-templates/grid-posts.php on line 84
AND also on line 86

So on the grid-posts.php I have omitted the two lines and errors disappear.
Is there somehow to correct this rather than a workaround? Thanks.

I can’t scroll on mobile by pushing up from the thumbnail. The only way that I can scroll by using the empty side of the page or from only the middle of the picture where the hyperlink shows

In my site, I want the images of the first page to go directly to the specific products my clients click. For example, if someone sees my site and click in the image “sugar”, he must be redirected to the grid of products related to sugar. But when I add in Elementor a Grid Plus link on the image, every time I click on that same image, my computer (and my clients’ computers) shows: about:blank#blocked.
When I do the same thing in a normal page, that has nothing on it, the grid works, but when I do it in the space to put a link in a image, that message shows up. What can I do?

Hello,

I am using this plugin for a gallery display of images sourced from various posts. All of the images have featured images that have transparent backgrounds (specifically the circle logos).

When they display on the page via the plugin, many of them have white square background fills despite the source image not having one.

I cannot figure out how to remove this within the plugin settings or via CSS, can someone please advise?

Hello,

My client is using GridPlus for their website, I am helping them with their website. Their WordPress is up to date and using the most recent Shapely theme.

GridPlus was working at first but I’ve been running into a few bugs.

For one, I cannot delete any grids I have created. There are 9 grids so far, some of them are just test/beta grids but now I can’t delete them. I just get a “javascript:'” message on the lower left side of the WP dashboard when I try to delete it.

I also cannot embed some grids. I copied the grid shortcode into a page and when updated get the following error code: “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”

Can someone please advise? This is frustrating since the site needs to go live. I suspect maybe the plugin needs an update?

I have a problem with the element-reordering using the metro-layout.
Like already stated in the title, I can’t reorder elements using drag and drop as shown in the tutorial/demo-videos.

I tried on multiple different Browsers and we are using WordPress v5.6.
In case the reason for my problem is that we use a wrong WordPress version, are there any plans to update the plugin to v5.6 in the near future?

Hi everyone,
I’m using this plugin and it was working perfectly but when I installed another plugin (WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce) something went wrong, it seems that the two conflict.
Now if I try to edit my Layout (All Grid > Edit) it redirects me to a blank page and not to the edit page of my layout. If I deactivate the “WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce” plugin everything goes back to working properly.

Can anyone help me resolve this conflict?
