Hi. I’m getting this error when I try to upload images. Any idea what this is?
Fatal error: Call to undefined function exif_imagetype() in /home/jhampt09/public_html/wp-content/plugins/grfx/admin/includes/image-processor/class-image-processor.php
I also did update my php.ini (I have a vps) to activate exif.so I am still getting this error even after
Is there a way to force watermark regeneration? I expected that existing images would have been updated with the new watermark image, but that was not the case for me. I was hoping there was a way to force it to regenerate the images with the updated watermark.
ftp photo files
I upload all of my exif encoded hi res stock photography files to my bluehost web server
accessible via woocommerce
I am hoping there is a plugin or something that would allow grfx to access my ftp server and pull the files from the server, or from a defaultgrfx acessible directory that I can ftp upload to, and populate into woocommerce as follows:
products
within products, I always click on:
upload stock
and once in upload stock, there is no option to drag files from the ftp server, or some directory that could be a default where files are ftp’d to, and easily imported into woocommerce using grfx.
Perhaps something like these file accessibility features exist, and I would most appreciate your suggestions.
Great plugin, saves mucho time on having to make multiple resolutions, tagging, etc.!!
Thanks

Hey,
I have a problem with the “Default Size Option”.
When set to “Default Size Option” and I will choose the first licenses in adding the image is displayed:
License: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
Size: Original size (CC BY-NC 4.0)
Price: $ 0.00
pixels:
Filetype: jpg jpeg – Jpeg Image
is OK.
When a new picture’ll set another license – does not appear in the above text.
I can successfully drag and drop files from my cpu using the grfx content uploader screen.
The files upload and the status is confirmed as 100%with a green check mark.
The files DO NOT however show up in the lower half of the screen, and instead I just see “File Name, File Type Extension Size and Uploadd”
without any data shown in this lower section other than this generic text.
Are my cron or ftp settings wrong.
Thanks for the anticipated help. What a great plugin overall.
Cheers

Hi
I love the idea of this plugin – thank you. I can get the images to upload via the product uploader and then queue them to publish but it seems to be stuck there. I have set the cron as you recommend. I am unsure if my host has imagick but can follow that up. Would this prevent the images from publishing?
I have only tried with a small sample (4 images each around 1MB).
Thank you.
Hello,
I think a function to regenerate thumb images when apply new watermark for all old images will be very helpful.
Thanks!
I notice your site says your plug in processes image metadata, BUT, does it also take the keywords (from our exif data) and create meta tag keyword files in the meta tag section of html.
Our objective is to find a photo plugin that supports meta tags as in this html code example:
<META NAME=”keywords”
CONTENT=”photobooth palm desert, photobooth, …….
Processes image Metadata: Extracts title, keywords, and description from your image files and applies them to your products, saving you time
Hello,
May we have an editorial selection option for this kind of photos?
Thank you.
I have the latest WooCommerce (Version 2.4.6) and WordPress Stock Images by grfx (Version 1.2.1 ) plugins installed and everything works fine.
However the maximum size of uploaded stock photos is 800 pixels wide, and not the actual size, which in my case is 5472 pixels wide.
Is there anything I am missing?
Just a quick suggestion based on some tweaking I did for my site.
I am setting up a multi-vendor site, and want approved vendors to be able to upload files to draft, but not publish products before they are reviewed. So …
I dug in your docs (thanks!) and found your well-commented line (thanks again!) in “class-grfx-admin.php” in “add_plugin_admin_menu()” (about line 240) and changed the role “manage_options” to “manage_grfx”.
Then a little lower in the same file, in “setup_uploader_admin()” I changed the role “manage_options” to “upload_grfx” on line 297.
Finally, in “class-uploader.php” I edited the select list starting on line 278 to:

<?php _e('Process to Draft', 'grfx') ?>
<?php if ( current_user_can( 'manage_grfx' ) ) { ?>
<?php _e('Process to Publish', 'grfx') ?>
<?php } ?>
<?php _e('Delete Selected', 'grfx') ?>
<?php _e('Delete All', 'grfx') ?>

Finally, I used Justin Tadlock’s Members plugin to control the capabilities per role.
Hope this helps … and may I suggest this as an addition to the plugin? .. it would make updates easier for me…Thanks!
First off – THANK YOU for GRFX. We are setting up a stock image site and it is completely transforming the workflow and making maintaining it feasible.
That said, we’ve got one problem right now – GRFX breaks the WooCommerce Product Tags. We can set them on the product page, and it’s like they just don’t register – not in the WC tag cloud widget, not on the product page.
As soon as we deactivate GRFX, we can save and display and use them like normal.
We really need the product tags – any idea what’s going wrong?
The live site is: shutterbugs.solidrock-ent.com.
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
I really like the way grfx works for the most part. It’s thought out really well, in my opinion. That said, one thing is keeping me from being able to use it: the Stock Image product type does not use standard product variations for the downloads.
This is fine for most people I’m sure, but I’m having trouble getting some other extensions to interact with grfx.
In my case, WooCommerce Memberships needs to apply a discount to certain variations depending on a user’s membership level. WooCommerce Memberships can’t recognize the different stock sizes at all, and even if I discount the whole product, the cart gets confused about it.
There are other extensions that have issues, but that’s the main one for me.
I’m not quite sure why variations aren’t used, actually. I think you can still have custom fields and everything inside of variations. Is there some specific reason? If there is, would you consider trying to work around it to get variations to work? As it stands, I’ll probably have to go with Symbiostock, and I don’t really like how it tries to take over WooCommerce.
Anyway, thanks for your work and thanks for listening!
Hi.
I have to say that You’ve developed a fantastic software! ??
However, it would be awesome if it allows to mass select images in the store frontpage (https://isami.iminente.net/index.php/shop/), without having to enter the products specific page/post/section. Maybe with a default licence activation?
Another problem I’m having: the image title doesn’t apear as a product title.
Can You help? Thanks!
HI! The concept of your plugin amaze me! But, unfortunately, I could not use it. I have done all steps with installation. Problem comes, when I upload images via uploader. I drag and drop images and push “start upload” button ->> I see progress and 100% sign behind each image. But then – nothing happen (I thought that that uploaded images should go to bottom section, where I could choose what to do with it next, but it did not do that). So my question is – what should happen with file after I push “start upload” button? I recorded little video to explain what I mean – https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2_wsU1iXikxbXBDam1WTlpGeDA/view.
Thank for your help!
Hi.
Luv the idea, but can’t find a site link on here that is actually using the plugin except the link from luisvilanova where its very slow and isn’t working correctly?
Just a couple of things to take a look at:
Is there any way to do that the product created got the title of the image? This would save a lot of work…
The license is not showing in the product page, and in the cart it shows only the top, not scrolling down.

Thanks.
Hi there, great plugin.
Just one thing. The image size of the product preview lightbox really need to be bigger, so the client can take a good look at the detaisl of the image she is gonna pay for…
How can i increase the size of that preview lightbox (not the product image on the product page, but the lightbox opened when click)
Maybe touching this:?
if(!$o_size_x || !$o_size_x)
return;
if($o_size_x <= $o_size_y){
$r = $f_size/$o_size_y;
$w = round($o_size_x*$r);
$h = round($o_size_y*$r);
} else {
$r = $f_size/$o_size_x;
$w = round($o_size_x*$r);
$h = round($o_size_y*$r);
Thanks…

Hi there,
first of all thank you so much for this splendid Plugin!
I got a small issue with my translation going on. I running WP with german language files etc.
Now on the single page with the product in it, I need the following translated into German:
License, Size: Price, Pixels, Filetype. could you point me to the file that contains that info or what .pot to use?
Thanks!
Michael
The Mini Cart’s Price wont update until you actually go to the cart page!
When ever I upload a Photo using this plugin-in, it auto fills the Regular Price in for the “Simple Product” version of the photo in for $15.00. By default it is a Stock Image, which is correct for pricing, but when you add the image to cart, it is added for $15, not the $2.50 amount I specified in the grfx Upload Stock settings.
Hi, i’ve installed your plugin but am getting a warning message that imagick for PHP is not available. There seems to be a lot of very technical information about what this means but I’m a photographer, not an IT guru and am lost.
Are you able to help with what this means and how / who can help resolve it? This looks like a fantastic plug in but it seems to be tricky to install it.
Many thanks
Phil
Hi;
I’m trying to activate the plugin but it’s impossible.
After the installation the plugin shows normally in plugin’s menu, but when clicking in “Activate” nothing happens.
I tried to reinstall it few times and even tried to make it works in another server also 4.2.2 version, and happens the same.
Could you help me to see what I’m doing wrong?
Thanks
Giulio
