Green Active Plugins! has had a permanent residence in my MU-Plugins folder since the days of WP 3.0.x.
Today, under WP 4.1.5 4.7.4, it still does exactly what it says it does!
The clear but unobtrusive indication of all currently active plugins – both on the site and network plugin screens – takes a lot of strain from my overworked eyes.
