Hi,
We are showing the number of “digital signaturs” (form submits) on our website and would like to multiply, and show, the number of “digital signaturs” collected from META as well.
Is there a way to manually add the number of META signatures to the following shortcode [gravitywp_count formid=’65’]
]]>I’m trying to use the plugin to display a total from a donation page that filtered based on a Charity. Each charity has their own page and I’m trying to create a archive template using Divi. I have it working correctly except I had to hardcode the filter value (name of Charity) into the shortcode. Would it be possible to have it filter based on the current page title? So if I have the page titled the name of the charity it would filter by that charity?
]]>Hey!
How can we get the count from assignees for different work steps? For instance:
[gravitywp_count formid=1 workflow_step=”4″ assignees=”user:ID”]??
I see a createdby but need to set it to the current user which would be the current assignee.
Thanks!!

]]>Dear Team,
I’m trying to use the following shortcode to count the total number of entries of a specific option, in a poll field.
[gravitywp_count formid=’2′ filter_field=’1′ filter_value=’First’]
I manage to do it with a radio button field but it doesn’t work with the poll field.
Is there a way to make it work with a poll field?
I have a form with an ID of “37”
A number field with an ID of “1”
and 324 entries for that form.
When I type
[gravitywp_count formid=”37″]
it returns 324
[gravitywp_count formid=”37″ number_field=””]
it returns 324
[gravitywp_count formid=”37″ number_field=”1″]
it returns 324
I can assure you that the sum of the numbers from all entries is not 324 (one of the number from one entry is 11000). 324 obviously matches with the number of entries on that specific form.
Did I not understand the purpose of the addon or is there something not working properly ?

Hi
The Plugin can count entries filter from start_date=” to end_date=” (mean the entry created date)
But How Could I count other date fields by date range?
Thanks
]]>Help needed!
I’m trying to create a gravity wp count function that uses a date from gravityforms merged tags.
So far I have this which works –
[gravitywp_count formid=”1″ thousands_sep=”,” created_by=”current”
start_date = 08/10/2022]
But I’d like it to start from the date a different form was submitted e.g when they submit a form to purchase a plan. I thought I could add the merged tag for date of submission {date_dmy} however this does not work.
[gravitywp_count formid=”1″ thousands_sep=”,” created_by=”current”
start_date = {date_dmy}]
Is there a way to do this??
If it is possible I’d also want the count to reset every month (30days) after the initial date.
Could anyone help with this?
Thank you in advance!!
]]>Conclusion; If it goes below a specific number, I want the color to be red. Is this possible?
I want to insert it inside the email notification body text and run it. This shortcode works in email notification body text. I have tested. This is good.
How can we do that?
For example, if it is under 25, its color should be red.
]]>Can we put Gravity Count as the value in a field inside a form? Does it work?
Example:
Quantity Field: default value area {Product Name A (Quantity):1.3}
Possible?
Or in which field do we put it will work?
I can also use that field to notify with conditional logic if I do this.
]]>Hello;
I am using Gravity Forms e-mail notifications. I use this system to see the sum of the entry. I store entries as numbers.
Example:
1. Entry Quantity: 10
2. Entry Quantity: 20
Questions 1:
Can I get the sum of these fields?
Example: Total: 2 entry quantity total 30.
Question 2:
Can I use this Gravity Count in the “Conditional Logic” field in the e-mail notification?
]]>Hi Erik,
I can see the following filter operators: ‘isnot’, ‘not_equal’, ‘greater_than’, ‘less_than’, ‘contains’, ‘starts_with’, ‘ends_with’ but there is an operator for “does not contain” ?
Case use: I would like to generate a list of users that has not selected one of the options in the checkbox, rather what has been selected.
]]>Hey team,
I am attempting to integrate this shortcode into the Elementor Counter Widget:
[gravitywp_count formid=”1,5″ add_number=”28000″]
It works perfectly in the text widget, but brings up a NaN Error when added to the Counter widget.
Could you advise how to fix the issue?
Warm regards,
Jonathan.

]]>Hi! Love this plugin, and it’s helping tremendously already for some donation forms we’ve used (in quickly showing the donation totals for our admins).
However, I would like to know if it’s possible to also use this nifty plugin to just count values from a field (i.e., a regular GF dropdown field) and show that?
For example, we have multiple event registration forms we use that ask people if they need childcare for that event. If they select “yes”, then it breaks it out and asks them “How many children ages 0-5?” and “How many children ages 6-11?” (using form conditional logic). I would like to be able to dynamically show the total numbers for children ages 0-5 and children ages 6-11 in the correct places for our admins, if possible.
Thanks.
]]>As the topic title says I would love to count entries of more than one form. This question has already been asked 9 month ago and your reply was that you would consider it for a future release.
Any update on this yet?
Thanks a lot

Hey,
I’m using gravity forms to calculate working ours for employees.
Now I found this plugin and I’d like to merge all the submitted data into gravityview. I get the whole list of names but I need the total work ours for between a specific date (which I can search in the date range search field.
[gravitywp_count formid=’7′ number_field=’HOURS’ filter_field=’NAMEFIELD’ filter_operator=’is’ filter_value=’merge tag for gravityview name’]
I get a list of names but the total work hour sum is not combine. I get each submitted entry value with that shortcode.
How can I add up all the working ours and just show one name per total?
Thank you!
Best regards,
Martin
I’m looking for a form plugin where we can create petition forms and have a submission goal progress bar at the top. If we used Gravity forms, could this be displayed as a percentage or number bar that shows a bar at the top with text saying “10 out of 100” type wording?
]]>We switched from a Constant Contact form plugin to Gravity Forms (thank goodness). We had a counter built for the other form, but found this plugin to make a counter for the Gravity Form. When I put in the shortcode, it outputs the correct number but I’m not sure how to style it. I’m using Elementor so I have options for custom CSS if that’s possible, but I’d need to know what the element selector is.
]]>1. How show the count of the total entries of a form based on relative dates like today or yesterday or 3 days from today etc.?
]]>Hello,
I’m using a shortcode like this. I want something like below. Can I customize it? How can I do it?
When the stock level drops to 10, change color to red
My shortcode:
[gravitywp_count formid=’4′ filter_field2=’166′ filter_value2=’MYPRODUCTNAME’ filter_field=’133′ filter_value=’1′]
For example this shortcode result: 16
For example, if this number drops to 10, I want its color to be red. The number is for all numbers 10 and below. So there will be a less than sign.
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to filter wp count based on if a Gravity Forms is paid or not?
We are using mollie to create forms to pay with and they are giving a status “betaald” when it is paid and expired when its not paid.
Is there a simple way to count the entries of multiple forms?
I use [gravitywp_count formid=’1′] to get the entry number for the first form. Now I’d like to add the forms with the id=4 und id=5.
I found out that when you leave the form id empty, it will show the total number of entries of all forms, but since I have more than those three forms it would be great to find another solution.
Thank you
Sina
I have a subscription form for a dog show. So different sexe, different variaty and different classes.
If I do a total count this works fine;
[gravitywp_count formid=’5′ filter_field=”9″ filter_value=”Tervuerense”]
And then when I want to select a bitches, this works fine as well;
[gravitywp_count formid=’5′ filter_field=”9″ filter_value=”Tervuerense” filter_field2=”8″ filter_value2=”Teef”]
But then, if I want to select al bitches in classe 5 open class it doesn’t work;
[gravitywp_count formid=’5′ filter_field=”9″ filter_value=”Tervuerense” filter_field2=”8″ filter_value2=”Teef” filter_field3=”34″ filter_value3=”5 Open klasse (€ 45.00)”]
The output gives 0, how ever I am 100% certain that there is at least 1 entry that matches the criterea.
What goes wrong?
]]>Hello,
I created 1 form. 1 dropdown (A Product, B Product) and 1 Quantity field (Single text)
How do I get the sum of both the B product quantities fields?
For example:
[gravitywp_count formid=”24″ filter_field2=’11’ filter_value2=’B Product’ filter_field2=’18’ filter_value2=’18’]
Form ID: 24
Product Name Dropdown ID: 11
Quantity Single Text box ID: 18
Number or logical Single Text box make sense? Which box is healthier to use?
How should I create it?
Hi,
I am getting the following message at the top of my page when I use the short code to render the value of a number field…
Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/customer/www/website.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravitywp-count/gravitywp-count.php on line 179
The value renders correctly but the error messages shows on the page.
I came across a similar support ticket created a couple years ago but did not see a reply.
The shortcode is working for another value without any error message. Unfortunately it is not working for the number field value.
I appreciate help with this. Thank you in advance.
