Such a simple feature but I haven’t been able to find another option other than this that is free. Great work on the plugin. Still working as of April 20, 2023.

This plugin is nothing more than an ad for Gravity Flow. It’s extremely limited and recognizes this in its own description where it states, “If this add-on doesn’t quite meet your needs, or if you’d like an add-on that will grow with your business workflow processes you may want to check out Gravity Flow.” I’ve used many free apps that are powerful and useful, but this app isn’t one of them. There’s no good will here. Here you’ll only find marketing.

This plugin does everything you need if you are wanting something lighter-weight than a premium solution such as Gravity Flow.

Gravity Forms Approvals made it easy to implement a simple approval and denial flow for our client. I love that the plugin is open-source too!

Does a simple approve/reject, great if that’s all you need!

Very easy to use. Plugin works great and fits my needs. I’m using it with an intranet for peer reviews and submitting bonus points which need to be send to different supervisors for approval.

Also great support from plugin author. I had an issue with plugin after updating to the latest WP version and he sent me a newer version of the plugin to try which fixed my problem. He said he will include the fix in the next release.

Plugin works correctly even if it’s a beta version, no problems with approval or rejection of each entries.
My earlier review as “psdes” about support of this plugin was a mistake because I did not read the whole description of the plugin support.
