We use this for enrolment agreements. We use an internal enrolment form which sends the agreement to the student to be signed. I was surprised it was able to deal with most of the complexity of our forms. Only issue I encountered was conditional logic not working correctly on the html blocks in the form.

Who isn’t looking for automation, especially when it comes to contracts. WP e-Signature is the perfect solution.
However, when it comes to multilingual websites with contracts in different languages, it gets complicated, because according to approve.me, the plugin can be translated using Loco Translate, but it only works in one language.
We use it in combination with Gravity Forms. Sales staff select a contract to create, fill in all the necessary information and WP e-Signature does the rest.
Nevertheless, there is a solution for multilingualism, with TranslatePress we were able to map the contracts, email communication and all language-relevant notifications perfectly but it need some effort for different languages.
The support team is also keen to deal with requests promptly and in a solution-oriented manner. If the plugin is consistently developed further, it still has great potential.

I was really excited when I found out that Gravity Forms and WP E-Signature worked so well together. I had been looking for a good way to quickly and easily sign documents online, and this integration was the perfect solution. I was up and running in no time, and the integration was so seamless that I barely even noticed it was there. The best part is that Gravity Forms and WP E-Signature are both so fast and easy to use, so signing documents online has never been easier. Thanks for creating such an amazing plugin!

I have been using this supplement for four years now, it works accurately and most importantly reliably. We sign up to 300 contracts a year. I am very satisfied. We use this add-on together with gravity forms!

Easy to use, relatively simple to implement… pay once and use it without having individual document charges.
And the support they offer is just brilliant. Very-responsive and super helpful.
I’d definitely recommend this plugin to others.

I paid the forlife membership, my biggest mistake!!!!
This plugin doesnt work with woocommerce subscriptions and after trying to get the technical support from them that only work via email (so will take more that 24hs to reply back to you) they are saying that the issue is not on them (when I showed exactly what his plugin is doing). Also after contact woocommerce support by chat, they confirmed that thia plugin is the one that made the mistake.
I asked for full refund and they still saying that is not his plugin mistake.
My advice!! First don’t get this plugin they support is the worse. Second dont buy a lifetime plugin, at least you want to lose money. Like me

Using this with some very complex G forms for a government agency. Each individual field in your form has to be manually entered into a separate form document, if you want any of the form input to show up on your ‘signature’ document. Very slow and painful process that is all code and takes a long time if your form is lengthy; you can add commented out code around the form code but there’s no visual interface to see what you’re doing. If you want to include the ‘label’ and the ‘value’ and you have radio buttons, you have to show the values in the form editor and add the question in WITH the value/answer for it to print out on the signature form. If you include file uploads, you can’t use the file upload and see the upload – it will only supply a link to it; you have to use the post field upload and it doesn’t appear to allow PDFs. Only one user can view the signature link from the form entry. The staff is very helpful and has gotten me over several hurdles.

A must have for freelancers and small business, the signatures are legally binding and will stand up in court. Their customer support was very friendly and fast.

We use Gravity forms and WP Esignature for our web form to contracts generation for our construction contracts. It works pretty well for us.

All of my form confirmations broke when this plugin was installed…even if I did not set up a Signature feed for my form. Also, that’s bad form to only answer concerns through your own support page. Makes it hard for those on the community to get quick answers to similar problems.

As far as I can tell this is not a real Plugin but forces you to upgrade to Premium.

This plugin is only a landing page for a service you purchase.

I keep finding new ways to apply the combination of Gravity Forms with Approve Me Esignature. On-line applications, on-line contract creation and signing, … Customer service support is good too.

We’ve been using this Gravity Forms contract automation add-on by approveme.com for a few months now. It has become absolutely crucial for our web design agency.
We use a Gravity Form as our “Request for Quote/Proposal” on our website. It has sped up our customer onboarding by almost 50%.
Our customers enter their “project” details in the Gravity Form… then click “next step.”
They are immediately redirected to a custom (and legally binding) estimate/contract with project specs, estimate details, terms of service, etc. in WP Esignature. And they sign the agreement.
Once the contract is signed it gets emailed to our account executive… and ALL of this happens automatically. We used to have to email contracts/quotes… which took a !@#% ton of time to create in Microsoft Word and now we don’t. So freaking awesome. Thanks guys.

They told me to buy licenses ?? If need to buy a license, then we’ll buy Gravity Forms license. Why I’ll use a third party plugin like this? It should remove from the WP repository.

Building websites since the 1990s, I migrated to WP around 2012. I’ve discovered that Plugins can leave a user dissatisfied, but the WP eSignature Plugin by ApproveMe is the best I’ve ever used! I’m running it on multiple websites without any issues and the tech support is great, too!

The above is true in that you do need to purchase the plugin for it really to work, but after reading a little more about it and having a kind of average experience with hellosign, which I desperately needed to end, I ended up just purchasing it to give it a try – And wasn’t disappointed either. My contract return rate improved like crazy and I was able to have contracts set up in no time flat! Seriously changed the way I work with my clients. Kudos guys! At the end of the day, they all have their pros and cons but if you’re looking for something that works within your own site, I highly recommend these guys

I bought the plugin 2 months ago, didnt work properly, I had to wait 6 days for the customer service to help me, now the plugin is not working again, and again the customer service is not contacting me, I am very pissed off because I have sent my terms to nearly 500 clients and all of them received my terms in html code which of course they are not able to read it and thought was spam, now not client has signed my terms and not sure what they think now about my company anymore, bad news….
Are you going to help me to have your plugin properly working?

Hello,
There were no reviews so I thought I’d add one for anyone looking to use this “free” plugin.
The plugin authors are happy to point out that by using this plugin you avoid monthly fees associated with other methods of capturing digital signatures.
Keep reading to discover the cost of that monthly savings.
After you install and activate the 100% free Gravity Forms Signature Add-On plugin you’re shown a page:
…/wp-admin/index.php?page=esign-gravity-about/
…which has a high quality, 4:24 minute video teaching you how to use the plugin and get court-legal signatures.
See the video on YouTube:
Check out the video starting at minute 1:15.
You learn you need:
1. Gravity Forms (got it of course)
2. WP eSignature (Business license required $ 197)
https://www.esign.approveme.me/buy-wordpress-electronic-signature/
3. Stand Alone docs (free add-on)
4. Custom Fields by ApproveMe (free add-on)
5. Gravity Forms Signature Add-On plugin (free)
This is another one of those fabulous new breed of “free” plugins which you can “use” for free, but you really need to buy their $ 197 Business License in order to USE the plugin.
I’m all for “Freemium” plugins and I have licenses to lots of them (really). These are plugins that are free in the WordPress plugin repository–that work really well as is (free). But you can add extra features if you upgrade to a paid license. The best of these give you a free plugin that probably 50% of the users will never need to upgrade and pay for the premium versions. The free variants are so useful. And deliver on their promise.
The worst of them appear to promise a free experience and hide the fact that the stuff you need, and thought you were getting with the free version are actually part of the paid version. And in this case it’s not the lowest priced paid version ($ 97), it’s the next level up ($ 197).
I wish www.remarpro.com would block unscrupulous plugin authors from adding “free” plugins which cannot be used in their advertised capacity shown on the Description (front) page of the plugin’s home in the WordPress repository.
Granted, there are things you can do with the free version of this plugin. But you cannot do what they promise on the Description page of this ostensibly free plugin, as you CLEARLY discover in the video.
About the cost of your monthly savings on this?
$ 197 / 12 months = $ 16.42 monthly the first year. Typically license renewals are discounted in each following year.
I’m uninstalling this free plugin and paying Adobe (a name all form signers will recognize) $ 16.00 monthly for their digital signature process.
Alternatively I might look at my Office 365 license and see what options Microsoft gives me for accepting digital signatures with my Office 365 subscription.
At a glance you can see the first month start up cost is better:
Adobe : $ 16.00
This plugin: $ 197.
No apologies to the probably good people at approveme for the misrepresentation marketing done to get me to install this plugin and make plans to use it only to find out it ain’t FREE.
The internet has jaded all of us with millions of examples of Misrepresentation (switch and bait) Marketing that is out of control and destroying trust with people.
Since you spectacular plugin authors took up my time this evening learning about this free plugin and then discovering it isn’t free in the way I need to use it (as shown I could use it–before installing and watching the video), I used a chunk of my time writing this expose to save other people their time.
“You can lie your way around the world–but not back.”
