We’re using your plugin for one of our clients and the signature image is not generated correctly on the cart page.

Whenever we add a product that is containing a digital signature to the cart the signature is not displayed on the cart page.

This is the link generated but if I open that in a new tab it just returns a not found.

Conflict with latest version of Gravity forms where if form set to AJAX, the spinner continuously spins and stays there.
The email arrives BUT the spinner just spins and NONE page redirection or confirmations working

Hi, As I can see you guys are making other plugins strong by providing a add on features of taking Signature from the user.

May I request you to make same add on feature which can be used with Forminator form plugin? I want to make a cash payment receipt where I can take signature of the payer to keep the track of cash payments.

I am using your plugin on my website using gravity form my form contains many fields maximum 75 to 80 fields once i submit the form it will not redirect to e-signature-document page work flow redirect action already set on that form on form submission.

When i am trying to submit my form, getting FATAL error

Hello, Gravity Forms website shows that no third-party add-ons are available for use by the Personal license. This plugin is not listed on their website. Is it available for Personal license use?

When filled out and submitted, the signed document is missing all of the filled forms. For example; we cannot collect auto-pay ach details because that form is missing from a submitted and signed document.

My site needs a form with the signature option. I installed Gravity Forms Signature Add on, and it works fine when The Grid from Theme-One (https://codecanyon.net/item/the-grid-responsive-wordpress-grid-plugin/13306812) is deactivated. As soon as I activate the plug in the signature option doesn’t write on the field. I really like the grid option since my front page design depends on your plug in.

Error on inspector: Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function? In file: ss.js

Is there something I can do to fix this issue and keep both plug ins working together?

I am using Gravity form version 1.7.5. I uploaded the downloaded plugin on live server. But when I activate this Add-on, it is not showing the signature field under Advanced Fields.

***SOLVED****
It does work just had to use a different email.

I have my clients fill in the gravity form and then it redirects them to the e-sig page. It carries over their name and the date. I gather A LOT more info on the gravity form.

I know we can log in to see the entries, but will that also still send the normal gravity form contact form?
