Hi,

We’ve setup this plugin to accept payments for a client and whilst the front end website appears to take the payment successsfully – nothing comes into Stripe and nothing (as far as I can tell) leaves the bank account.

Ive double checked all the API keys and they are correct, its in LIVE mode. There seems to be some issue and its a priority that we get this resolved.

Can anyone assist?

Is it possible to setup BECS payment method for gravity stripe?

We were using this plugin, but found that when submitting the form, the form would take ~10 seconds to proccess and load the next page.

Many customers were experiencing a total freeze on the page, locking it all up.

I suspect the response time from stripe was too slow, and the browser was timing it out.

We have now moved away from this plugin.

How do I use subscription plans I already have loaded in stripe instead of creating a new one?

I’m able to connect with stripe and process payments but I want to add customers to a subscription we already have nor create a new one.

Am I able to identify it with the product ID or api?

Is it possible to use another payment method with your plugin?

I’d like to use Stripe to offer my clients the option to pay with iDEAL (the most popular online payment method in the Netherlands). Luckily iDEAL is supported by Stripe as a payment method. I just don’t know how to offer that payment method to my clients when using Gravity Forms.

Nice plugin. Integration was smooth. However, I want to setup recurring payments with gravity forms and stripe. However, on the backend, I don’t see any such option at the backend.

It is clearly mentioned in the plugin Introduction though.

Please let me know, where I am going wrong.

When utilizing your plugin to communicate with Stripe payments, does my website automatically inherit your PCI compliance?

Or, do I need to separately go through the process of ensuring compliance on my side? From what I understand, anytime that a customer inputs a card number into my site, whether it is stored or not, compliance is necessary.

I updated to the most recent version today, and it caused my site to not fully load. It seemed to hang on where the form started. I had to restore the website and I tried doing the updates locally, and the same thing happened. I restored to the previous version of your plugin, and the page then fully loaded again.

After a successful transaction using GF + Stripe, no email is being sent to the customer (purchaser). Is that not something this plug-in does? Or have I overlooked a setting? If so, please advise.

The server is TLS 1.2 enabled.
SSL check shows everything is good.

What Gravity Forms license is needed for this:

Or it does not matter?

Note:
– I have no issue with the others plugins I use. I tried with an other theme : same issues.
– this is a multisite and I’m doing things at the network level as admin.

2 things are occuring :
– Once installed, this plugin block the Gravity Form notifications sending (Identified through the Debug Add on)
– When activating the plugin a message display “Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page”.

I’m trying to have the tax amounts appear on separate lines in the email receipt sent by Stripe.

The closest I could come up with was displaying these amounts in the description text of the single charge sent by gravityformsstripe, using the gform_stripe_charge_description filter.

Is this feature possible at all / planned for a future release of the add-on?

It would be awesome if you added the ability to duplicate a Stripe Feed. That would allow us to create one feed and then duplicate it and make slight changes for variances.

Hi, I’m really stuck with this plugin. Any help would be great.

Every time I click on Form / Settings / Stripe it just loads a Blank White page so I’m unable to connect a Gravity Form to Stripe. My previous ones work okay, but not any new ones that I want to add.

Is this an error with the Plugin or some glitch with other plugins mucking up Gravity + Stripe? I really need to sort this, so any help/advice would be great.

Is anyone else having issues with subscription payments? They suddenly stopped working a day or so ago. I checked the logs and in stripe it is saying that payments are missing the interval value (although it’s set in WP) and it doesn’t seem to be sending any of the subscription data according to the Gravity Forms logs.

Wonderered if this is a general issue with the plugin as nothing else on the site used has changed, at a bit of a loss to what is actually happening.

Installation worked but activation failed with this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/106719/webspace/siteapps/694/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-stripe/includes/class-gfp-stripe.php on line 1042

The line in question:

PPP\Stripe\Stripe::setApiKey( $api_key );

The backslashes look weird to me but I’m not a PHP expert.

GravityForms works 100% fine on the site.

Versions:
• Gravity Forms Stripe: Version 1.9.2.9
• Gravity Forms: Version 2.1.1

Any ideas?

Using Gravity Forms and the Gravity Forms + Stripe plugin, upon form submission, the following error message appears: “This form cannot process your payment. Please contact the site owner.”

There are no errors in the Apache or PHP logs. Stripe is in live mode. Live API keys are entered into the plugin settings. Plugin API mode is set to live. Green checkmarks appear next to all values entered. I’ve verified the live API keys are present.

In Stripe’s event log, there is a charge attempt, but it’s for a test card (************4242) with no other metadata (i.e. name, address, ZIP, email) included. Stripe returns the error “Your card was declined. Your request was in live mode, but used a known test card.”

So, it appears this plugin is ignoring the card number the user inputted, sending a test card number instead, and not sending any metadata.

Can anyone give me guidance on how long it should take (guesstimate) to integrate strip with Gravity From?

We already built the form with Contract form 7, not knowing it does not work with Stripe, how we need to redo…

I am using this plugin for payment, i am using test mode.

When i fill the form and credit card details of test mode. sometime it works and mostly it shows error.

“There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.”.

I do not have any required field in my form. With credit card only it showing this error. Few time it works.

So can you please let me know about it.

I am looking to alter the info send from the product field to Stripe. And is that is not possible, then add meta data for the purchase. I have different products at the same price, so it is confusing on the stripe.com end for the accountant.

I look here and don’t have any other options.

Unable to verify Stripe API (secret) keys, publishable keys verify immediately.

I’ve deactivated and uninstalled all other plugins, I’ve activated the default Twenty Sixteen theme and I can’t even get the GF logging plugin to log a single message as to why this is not working.

If anyone else has had a similar issue and resolved it, please let me know.
