I just created a pre large form in a short period of time w/ their intuitive software. I ran into an issue with the formatting in my PDF & sent the support team a question. A few hours later he sent me a fix for my issue & gave me a few ways to apply the fix.

Was up and running on a small task to convert a Gravity Form into a letter of support for an Arizona non-profit in a matter of minutes. The Gravity PDF plugin was easy to setup and configure. Gravity PDF support was able to assist with hiding the signature URL printed on the PDF in less than 24 hours.
The solution for those scratching their heads on how to hide the Gravity Form signature add-on URL was to exclude the default signature field from the PDF so the label wasn’t displayed using the CSS class “exclude” (along with all the other fields), move the letter content from the PDF Header setting to an HTML field in the form, and finally wrapping the GF Signature merge tag in an IMG tag. Which looks something like this:

Great plugin for creating PDF from forms. Only disadvantages that you have to know php to create decent pdf templates and that it does not integrate with Gravity Dropbox Add-on.

I implemented a custom pdf template but then ran into some permission issues that prevented some users from seeing their pdf. Contacted support and they were extremely helpful (just turned out I had to exclude the pdfs from my website cache and varnish cache).
Always nice when a plugin support team provides you with real help and not just copy & pasted answers from their documentation. Thanks for the help Jake!
