Hi.
Is it possible to disable/prevent the HR update based on the value of a form field?
Perhaps add a rule/condition section after the field mappings?
If it’s not worth updating the plugin, I’d even add the code/function myself, if i could get hint here to do it.
thanks

]]>Hello,
if I send data from Gravity form to Highrise, I see everything in Highrise but it looks like: ěš???ýáíéú? (correctly: ě????yáíéú?) It’s only just testing of czech characters. It’s problem with encoding, isnt it?
Do you now where is the problem? What can I change to see correctly characters?
Thank you so much!

Question 2:
I know your Highrise plugin is compatible with Gravity in a general sense… but what if I am using Gravity’s User-Registration Add-on??? Will this create 2 user profile records for every registration submission? Or does your plugin update data to the same user’s profile record in the database?

Question 3:
Do I use Highrise to manage my wordpress subscribers using Gravity’s Interface inside of the WordPress environment?(seamless integration)
Or do I use Highrise to manage subscribers using a Highrise Interface? And is that
Highrise interface inside of the WordPress environment? Or would I need to manage my subscribers remotely on the Highrise website?

]]>Hey Plugin Devs,
First of all thanks for the great plugin.
I’m working with a contact form that only has 1 name field.
I’m trying to connect it to Highrise, but the Highrise CRM Feed settings page requires me to associate both the First name and Last name to a form field, and I have the following issues with this:
– I can associate the Name field to both First name and Last name, but in that case the recipient will get an email that starts with “Hi [First name] [First Name]”
– I can’t just use the first name to connect with Highrise CRM Feed, as both First name and Last name are required to have an associated form field.
Is here any way I can remove the requirement to associate the Last Name field to anything?
I’m unfortunately not that flexible with Gravity Forms, I can’t just add an extra “Last Name” field to the form.
Thanks!

]]>Plugin works great for adding contacts, phone, email and individual fields.
I would like to add the entire form as a single note. In notification emails this is possible using the tag {all_fields} but this doesn’t work when added to your plugin’s notes field.
Any ideas how to get the entire form into Highrise?
Thanks

I am trying to get two different form entries into one note instead of having to use two. I have tried a few things, but haven’t been able to get it populate correctly. Is it just the form field id? or do we need to do something with the parameter names? I attempted various things with the {formurl} type syntax and couldn’t get anything to work.

]]>Thank you for your plugin but I can’t seem to figure out how to make this important action for me.
When my client fills out my form the first time all info goes to Highrise. What I’d lie is for every other time the form is filled I get a note in Highrise under the client’s profile for what he has entered in the form’s “Cleaning Instruction” field and also a note that says “New booking”. I have added a Mapped Note as my “Cleaning Instruction” field and I have added a custom note that says “New booking”. But when the form is completed, neither of these notes are added under the customer’s profile.

I also see that same error in the dashboard if I go to the Highrise CRM page and click to edit any of my feeds.
I have updated to the latest version of the plugin 2.0.3 as well as WordPress 3.6 AFTER the problem occurred to see if this would resolve it but it did not.
No new plugins were added or updated prior to the problem occurring, and just to be clear yes it was originally working without issue. No obvious changes have been made to the site that would likely cause the issue.
Any ideas? Please advise. Thank you.

]]>Hi again Ben.
I noticed something weird happening when I submit duplicate entries to Highrise.
If I use the “Email – Work” field, then duplicate entries behave as I expect, and are not duplicated in Highrise.
If I use one of the other email fields, new entries are created in Highrise each time.
The Highrise folks tell me that any email field should be recognized as a duplicate, any idea where or how this might be happening?
Not sure if it’s related to the Plugin, or the API.
thanks

I’m wondering if you would consider adding the ability to assign all contacts added through a particular form feed to a selected Highrise Deal category (and auto-assign a deal name)?

]]>Hi Ben,
Firstly, thanks so much for the time and effort you put into creating this plugin!
Unfortunately i’m unable to add a Highrise CRM feed in WP.
I select the form and it has a never-ending loading circle next to it.
When I get impatient and just click “Save”, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘GFFormsModel’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-highrise-crm/gravity-forms-highrise-crm.php on line 1075
Any idea as to what the issue could be?
Have tried diabling all plugins, reinstalling your plugin etc. but no luck as yet.
Appreciate your help mate,

]]>Hi Ben.
I am so happy to see another Highrise plugin for Gravity Forms, than;’s so much for taking this on.
I use 3 different email fields in my form to map to Highrise from form. I do this so that I can map the email type as well.
For instance I have 3 fields ‘Email – Home’ ‘Email – Work’ and ‘Email – Other’, which sync up with the appropriate fields in Highrise.
Is it possible to replace the email field in the Gravity Forms Highrise CRM Feed settings page to allow multiple entries for emails?
thanks.
