Since FirstData formed the Payeazy API this plugin does NOT work with the latest incarnation of FirstData. There are plans to re-work the plugin to work with the new system, but it’s slow going as I am the only developer working on this plugin.

I cannot be hired to fix the plugin, I am working on it in my spare time atm.

1) This page is unsecured. Do not enter a real credit card number. Use this field only for testing purposes.

2) Spinning image on the page no redirects and submission.

Hi,

I downloaded the zip file for Gravity Forms + First Data Global Gateway e4 plugin, extracted and placed the folder in wp-content/plugins folder. Tried activating it from dashboard and it failed with this error.

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/73/7117773/html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-first-data-global-gateway-addon/php-first-data-api/src/VinceG/FirstDataApi/FirstData.php on line 2″

YOMteams.org/Donate I have installed the gravity-forms-first-data-global-gateway-addon, when the donor submits invalid information (ie address)the plugin just clocks when the donate button is clicked and it does not return an error.

I have a site running the following current versions of WP, Gravityforms, and v.1.1 of the addon and amex payments have stopped working. The spinner next to the submit button just spins indefinitely.

WP: 4.0.1
GF: 1.8.19

Other card types seem to go through fine. Here are the lines from the log when I use GF’s logging addon:

2014-12-02 19:26:23 – DEBUG –> Starting to process form (#1) submission.
2014-12-02 19:26:23 – DEBUG –> Source page number: 1. Target page number: 0
2014-12-02 19:28:31 – DEBUG –> Starting to process form (#1) submission.

It seemed that GF tried the submission twice, then bailed.

Hi, hope you have a suggestion how to get around this error. Installing the plugin works fine. When attempting to activate I get this message:

Error message upon submission

When using the plugin and trying to submit a payment, whether in text mode or live mode, I am getting the following error.

There was an error, but FirstData didn’t send back an error message.

I have an active feed with all fields mapped correctly. I have tried it both ways: first with all fields including address 2 and country in the form and then by removing address 2 and country from the form.

I do have the correct credentials from FirstData inserted in the gateway.

If there is anything you can do to help with this I would really appreciate it.

I am using this for donations. I need the donor to have the option to make a one-time or monthly recurring payments. I have created a radio selection from Gravity Forms standard inputs but cannot integrate into the First Data Settings. Is this possible?

I also want two “Charge Amount” fields to be integrated into the First Data. I have one input for pre-defined radio button selection, but also have a text input for custom amounts, but the current integration options only allow me to select one field from the form as the “Charge Amount”? Can I ad a second?

Hi there im running into a problem. just activated the First data gge4 live account. When I ran a test I got this error message when I clicked the next button “There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.” but there is not highlighted information. I believe it has something with the plugin because when I deactivate this gateway and reactivate my old payment gateway everything works as normal. Its really strange because all worked will on the demo account all worked well. Please help

Upon activation of this plugin we’re getting an Undefined index error when WP_DEBUG is set to true.

Is there an adjustment we can make to get around this error?

On a related note, the JS files from this plugin are not currently being enqueue’d with the rest of our site JS files. Is there a simple way to add these to the standard WP enqueue system?

Hi,
Great plugin. Thanks! I’m wondering about failed transaction displays, though. I ran some successful transactions on a demo account, then switched to production account. When I try to run a card in production, though, I just get a blank with a grey box. It’s the same screen I saw early on when I had a wrong Gateway ID / Password but then the gray box wasn’t empty.. it had a message. The client is going to try a real transaction later.. but I want to know what is supposed to happen when there is a problem with the credit card… when it’s rejected. Is that grey box supposed to be blank?

I downloaded your plugin, setup the Gateway ID and Password in the settings area like shown in the screenshot and I setup the form feed.

Whenever I test the form I get the error message, “You must provide the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, and Cardholder’s Name.” which appears next to the date field that I have chosen.

A few things I see might be an issue:

1) Credit card type – what are we supposed to put here? (ie – I have a dropdown that says, “visa, mastercad, discover, american express”) is that sufficient?

2) How do you want the date formatted? (ie. – I have it so that its a two digit month and four digit year – 02/2016)

3) Cardholders name – should this be a name field that is converted to “simplified” so that the full name (1st and last) is in one box? OR can it be a name field with the full name in two different boxes? (one box for first name and one box for last name) OR – Does it need to be a plain input field with the full name in that one field?

Please reply ASAP as we are trying to get this going right away.
