Hello again! Thank you for the last plug-in update! Have a bit of a new issue where the admin notification is not including the transaction details via the merge tags. The merge tags are present in the notification as.
{transaction_id}
{payment_amount}
{authcode}
However the received email notification for this emerge tags do not display/blank. All other GF merge tags do display in the received email.
Any thoughts?
]]>FYI, it appears that Windcave may have deprecated the uat.paymentexpress.com and sec.paymentexpress.com domains.
Submissions result in the error of Error posting Windcave request: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: uat.paymentexpress.com
The above no longer work and appears the new domains are now uat.windcave.com and sec.windcave.com, which are working.
]]>Hi, i have a form that was built on an older version of Gravity forms and was used for customers to update their credit card details, I’ve copied this form to a new site with a new version of Gravity Forms and it all appears good until the submission takes the user to the payment page. The payment is an authorisation and should only be charging the user $1 but it appears to be charging them $25+ which is the cost of the service. Can you let me know if you can see any diffierence in the 2 forms;
This is the new one: https://avsgpstracking.co.nz/update-payment/

]]>Hi there, we added this plugin to use with gravity forms and connected up our payment express account, however when we submit the form it just comes up with the confirmation message rather than redirecting to payment express so that users can make the payment?
]]>I am getting an error when submitting the Membership Form and trying to process the payment.
We are using latest WordPress, Gravity Forms and the Gravity Forms DPS PxPay Plugin.
The Products (Full Member – $100 and Associate Member – $5) on the form are setup as radio button options.
When the Form is submitted, the “Payment already submitted and processed ” message is displayed and nothing is processed.
I have tested the credentials and made a test transaction with WindCave Support and it works fine at their end.
We also use the Succuri Firewall CDN if that is relevant?
Kind regards Stephen

]]>Hi there
I have just updated to GF v2.4.17 and the DPS feed no longer seems to work. On a staging site with GF2.4.16 it all works perfectly.

Thanks for this excellent plugin. I have an odd issue – needing to send payments from two different forms to two different Windcave accounts. So form A – sends funds to Windcave account AA, and Form B sends funds to Windcave account BB.
Is there anyway for this to be possible?
thanks again

]]>Hi team,
I’ve setup my GF form with the DPS PxPay + Active Campaign add-ons and I need to be able to feed Active Campaign with either a “paid” or “failed” status so I’m able to trigger automations accordingly.
I have noticed that your plugin added DS related tags, i.e; {payment_status} to the system but it doesn’t feed AC properly.
Am I missing something? Is it actually possible to have these tags sending a valid status to Active Campaing?

Your help is most appreciated.

Just wondering if there is anything specific we have to do to get “Allow the customer to retry a failed or cancelled transaction” to work aside from ticking the box?
We have the option enabled, and when we test on a live form with real CC details, we can make the transaction fail (by trying to pay for a sum larger than the CC allows), but there doesnt seem to be an option to retry the transaction.
When we click next in PxPay, it takes us back to our “Cancel URL” – There doesnt appear to be any retry option.
We have an error that comes up when you submit the payment. The payment is processed fine but it loads a page with the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘webaware\gf_dpspxpay\WPSEO_Frontend’ not found in /home/puretrailsnewzea/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-dps-pxpay/includes/class.GFDpsPxPayAddOn.php on line 1259
Plugin is Version 2.2.0
]]>Hi there,
I have a scenario where I need one form on my site to go to DPS account ‘A’ and another that needs to go to DPS account ‘B’.
Currently I see there is only a place for entering account details for one account. Is it possible to have more than one account or do you guys know of another solution which may work for this situation?
Thank you
]]>Do we build the necessary credit card fields in the form, or does this plugin add them in?
]]>We set up a payment form about 6 months ago and then in the past couple of weeks it has stopped connecting to DPS/Payment Express. It just times out and says Error 405. We have spoken to DPS about it and they’ve said everything is ok from their end. We also have Woo Commerce on our site and that was working ok but now it too has stopped connecting.
Any help / ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Payment Express have enabled the account on their side to allow this.
Could I get some guidance on what to modify in the include files or a hook to force the auth rather than payment for a form?

Great plugin, thanks for all your work.
Just wondering if there’s any way for a user to retry a failed payment without having to fill in the entire form again?
]]>Hey Guys,
If required I will provide Login details.
We currently have Gravity Forms DPS PxPay installed all is working well.
I have one issue on the “Confirmation” tab
I have set the Confirmation Type to “page”
The issue we have is even when there has been an unsuccessful DPX Payment the user gets redirected to the confirmation page.
How do we only set so it only redirects to the page if the payment has been successful.
Thanks
Tony
We’ve received the following advice:
Payment Express would like to remind merchants that the requirement for TLS1.2 starts soon – 17th April 2018. This is a mass email sent to all active Payment Express customers. You can disregard if you are already aware.
These may affect merchant applications so it is critical that your IT/development staff are aware of this in advance. Please see our Security Roadmap webpage for further information: https://www.paymentexpress.com/security-roadmap
We have written guides to help our customers understand and prepare for these changes, which are linked on the Security Roadmap page in the ‘Guides’ section.
The protocol will remain available until the 30th June as an absolute drop-dead date. After this date this protocol will not be supported moving forward, this is driven by industry mandates. We cannot guarantee the stability of the TLSv1.0/1.1 protocol between April 17 and June 30. We will be disabling the protocol periodically to raise awareness for merchants that still need to make changes to their systems.
I assume the plugin is already configured to handle this change, but thought I should check. Will it continue to work once the TLS1.n is deprecated?
]]>Hi there,
We’re trying to add the merchant number and transaction ID to the forms when they get submitted, so our client’s accountant can see both those fields alongside each submitted form. However, I can’t figure out how to add those fields to the form.
Are we able to do this with the plugin?
Many thanks in advance,
Best,
Will
Hey there, I hope you’re doing well.
Is there a way to only send notification emails if the transaction is successful?
I tried adding a conditional to the notification, but none of the following worked:

]]>We’ve received notification from DPS of significant security changes with Payment Express over the next two weeks. Details are on their security roadmap (https://www.paymentexpress.com/security-roadmap). Key items are:

]]>Good day, I am having trouble with the Test/Sandbox feature. I have entered the correct PxPay Username and Key but still get the following error:
DPS Payment Express PxPay payment request error
User Access Error
Invalid Access Info. Ensure the PxPayID and/or key are valid.
I know that the details are correct as they work fine in another WP plugin which I created. I have also tried switching from UAT to SEC.
Do you have any idea as to what I could be doing wrong? Is there perhaps any debugging which I could enable?
Many thanks
Brett
Does current version plugin can running Reccuring Payments or not.
Thanks

Hi,
I am using your plugin for one of my Gravity form.
On my Gravity form, I have text message set for the Confirmation setting and have few emails on the Notification setting. If I use normal Gravity form, I can see they are working fine but as soon as I add this form to DPS PxPay with the following options checked, my confirmation and notification are not showing:
– Send admin notification only when payment is processed
– Send user notification only when payment is processed
Can you please let me know where I have done wrong?
Thanks,
Yuliana
Hey Developers
I just received a PDF document from payment express that notified us about a upcoming cloud update to DPS that is going to take effect and will require technical action.
They are apparently adjusting the IP Ranges of payment express and will effect DNS cache’s for certain applications. They recommend that we confirm specific cache settings to ensure TTL values are honored. They also provided a list of IP addresses.
is this something that is being applied to the plugin? or does this need to be addressed by plugin users?
Thanks
