This plugin is the easiest complete commenting system I have installed on my site, and the real bonus is that it works flawlessly. All the others required me to jump thru flaming hoops and instructions to do this or that; this one, install and it works the first time!

I would love to use this but will it ever be possible to have all the comments on one tab and threaded? That would be the ultimate, all comments from all channels showing on my blog.

Just installed this plugin and get nothing but a heap of errors on the setup page. I am working locally but can’t see why that should be an issue.

As someone else here stated: great idea, poor execution.

I was looking for a plugin that would consolidate comments like this and I thought that I’d found a solution. When I installed and activated this plugin, it caused ALL links on each post page to stop working. Mouse over them and nothing. I then posted in the author’s forum here, but no response.

It’s a shame that this plugin is being ignored and is no longer functional.

1. I would love it to include a clean-looking spam filter
2. I would like to see all the comments from all sites in one collective tab. It’s kind of weird that they’re separate.
3. Nested comments would be great!
4. If I could have anything it would be combined with a sign-in with google feature for added spam protection (I tried to do this manually and it was hell.)
5. Thats it. Its beautiful and I love it. Mostly because I think Google is going to rule the world pretty soon and think the websites integrated with Google will be right there with them ruling it. Eventually you guys are going to have to create a way to integrate BuddyPress comments into Google Comments. ??

Installed the plugin. Takes ages to load comments, if it does at all. Disappointing. Especially because I really like the idea.

Is there a version that’s compatible with PHP 5.2 available?

My current version of WP is 3.8 and that’s not or doesn’t appear to be a problem. Is there a version compatible with PHP 5.2?

The tabs thing is not an issue, since I can see how it would be pretty difficult to make those interact with each other. For me however, the main problem is the comments not registering as actual comments, and as a result not being counted as comments on wordpress.

It makes the plugin way less versatile with other wordpress plugin-ins such as adding most commented post in a page, and adding recent comments as a widget.

This is indeed an awesome plugin… or at least in theory. As to expect with all plugins, they can break down or be buggy, but the support is slim to none, so don′t expect the author to come to your aid if something goes wrong.

This is a great work. As some have stated before, a consolidated view of the comments all at once would be more beneficial when it comes to a user-friendly experience.

One problem I found from my own experience is that with the HeatMap AdAptive Theme (and I saw other users having this problem with other themes, too) the counting of the comments does not work correctly since it only counts the WordPress comments.

Other than that, this plugin is one of the best ones I have seen. It is well designed, well coded and very clean. Next to this, the little problems and the fact that comments are separated into tabs seem to be “unimportant”, so I give this a deserved 4.

Note: I can’t understand, though, why people are so negative about the tabs thing since if not for this plugin, most people would be putting only one service on their blogs. It could be better thought to eliminate the tabs (or give the option to, which would be the perfect solution), but come on, this is great work, I hope the author keeps it up to this high level!
