My account is inaccessible into your website. As I reported here a year ago, the thread was locked without any respond.
I have some bitcoin in my wallet I need to withdraw. So, I need to go into my account to close account to transfer my remaining bitcoin. I cannot receive a new “forgot password” email. I never change login name and password but still inaccessible out of nowhere.
1.5 years has passed. Thread was locked, and no respond at all. Hoping I can get my wallet out.
