Hello
Your pro plugin has a technical problem and when we visit your site, it’s down, which causes our site to bug. We’ve had to deactivate your module but that’s not ideal. Could you please fix this asap?
Thanks
]]>Hi,
Your plugin is very easy to use. The xml site maps showed everything I was looking for.
I submitted it to Google. The website has 21 media items. They show in the sitemap but Google is saying there are only 4 urls found.
Why is Google not seeing the rest of the items in the image sitemap?
Can you help me with this?
Thanks, Daphne
]]>Hello.
Is it possible to disable “xml-stylesheet” output in sitemap.xml, please?
In the case that the sitemap is out of its original domain (e.g. live WP admin is hidden by Authentication), then the XML sitemap contains an error loading XSLT styles.
Another solution on the plugin side could be to output XSLT styles in the domain/website root.
An alternative (and not recommended) solution is to comment lines containing “xml-stylesheet” in the “google-sitemap-plugin.php”.

]]>Hello,
I am using the free version of your sitemap plugin. I have implemented the media image selection and it has generated an image_sitemap.xml , but this is not collecting or generating all the images on my site the image_sitemap.xml file that is created is only producing a small amount of the total images on the site.
Please help with this issue, Thank you for attention.
]]>I’m plannning to update my wp to the version 5.2.4. Right now I have pretty old version of the wordpress. What is the most correct way to transfer sitemap plugin to the new version, to avoid any problems with my data?
]]>How to solve the problem? – I am getting log error of type:
[09-Jul-2019 16:42:39 UTC] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-plugin/google-sitemap-plugin.php:551)
I want to remove some pages form sitemap.xml
So is it possible in free version?
Thanks
The plugin works with all posts/pages/categories in the main language, but in the other languages I can see only pages and posts in the sitemap.
Why?

]]>Hello,
Regarding to the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming May 2018, could you please advise if:
– Is Google Sitemap Plugin setting cookies with personal information from visitors, like IP-address,…?
– Are they collecting, storing or sending personal information from visitors locally or externally?
– basically is it compliant?
Thank you!
]]>Hello,
We’re noticing that several of the post publish dates are different than what shows up on the sitemap. We have revisions turned off, so I am not sure if this has to do with edits, though I thought that that date wouldn’t change:
Hello, I would like to place a request for a filter/hook to be able to add extra or external pages to the sitemap. A good place for this would be the function ‘gglstmp_prepare_sitemap’ right after the terms are added as elements.
I am wanting to integrate pages (non-post and non-term) from my guestbook plugin Gwolle Guestbook into the sitemap. I see that this plugin does not have filters for this in place. I think it would be a good option, very much in line with the extensibility of WordPress.
If you want I can provide a patch. Just let me know.
]]>Today I got a strange issue.
After trashing a post I’ve got a message “Missing value two for gglstmp_update_sitemap …”. I research a little bit and found out what was causing this.
In line 1377 the function gglstmp_update_sitemap is mapped to the trashed_post hook.
This hook only provide one value post_id so the second $post isn’t set.
I’ve edited line 1208 to the following:
function gglstmp_update_sitemap( $post_id, $post=null ) {
and then I add this line:
if(is_null($post)){$post = get_post($post_id);}
Now everything works as expected.
If you need my changed file please provide me an email or upload form so I could send you it.
Kind regards
mumbomedia

I host with WP-Engine and they are about to upgrade PHP from 5.3 to 5.6. I’d like reassurance your plugin will work when they upgrade PHP.
I asked because your plugin comes up with a warning using the PHP Compatibility Checker:

Hello
I installed the plugin and it seems that you do not have the option to delete a page / post from the generated sitemap list. This option has other sitemap plugins, what can I do to resolve this situation?
Thank you,
Carlos
]]>I am running this plugin on exactly 40 websites. It has worked great for the past 3+ years but I am now getting errors on sites that have been upgraded to WP 4.6.1.
This appears to be the same issue reported by davemgraham last week but I wanted to start a new thread per the forum guidelines.
The first site gave three separate errors:
/home/XXXX/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php:1870
/home/XXXX/public_html/wp-admin/post.php:197
/home/XXXX/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php:1174
The second site gave just the first error:
/home/YYYY/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php:1870
I have found, after disabling plugins one at a time, that this is the plugin that is causing the problem. I am leaving it disabled across all sites for the time being.
Thank you for your time!
]]>After upgraded to 4.6 when saving a page I get the following,
Warning: strtolower() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home2/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 1870
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home2/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php:1870) in /home2/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174
I’ve de-activated all plugins to isolate the issue to be this plugin alone.
Thanks,
Dave

Would something with the Sitemap or the plugin cause the following error?
Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt.
My domain is one of the urls listed: https://www.tbmbrakes.com/
]]>hi your plugin is great but i am confused with the robot.txt option should i tick it or not.as i can see in the link of robot.txt a new tab open with this text:
