is there the possibility to limit the post to certain circles at G+?

I.e., if i post about one topic, this may be of interes for some of my circles – but not for all. So i asked myself if there is a way to have set the circles on a post-by-post-basis…?

This morning, I’ve upgrade WP to ver 3.7.1 and now this plugin can’t work. Always inform that “Incorrect Username/Password” when input Email Address and Password Google account.

Does this plugin work with Google’s 2-step multifactor authentication turned on? Or must it be turned off?
