Hi,
I’m looking for a Google reviews plugin which can
1 – read reviews from many places (not only one as usually)
2 – get all reviews from each place (not only 3 or 5 as ususally)
Do you know such a plugin, please ?
Thanks a lot !

]]>Buenos días,
He instalado en mi wordpress el pluging google reviews widget, he informado la Google Places API KEY y el Place ID, pero al hacerlo me sale este error: Google error: undefined
?Qué hago para solucionarlo?
Gracias.
Hello,
I am using your plugin and reviews were in french language since the beginning.
Since more than 1 month, it has switched to english and I can’t see why !?
Here is the review Im talking about:
“I had the opportunity to share the office with Philippe, the exchange was warm, serious and very honest. I recommend Philippe
”
Could you help me make it back to french please ?
Thank you so much.
Great day,
Philippe
Please add includes/widget.php get_time_since() to translations. With respect to multiple plural forms.
]]>Hey, does the plugin still work for you guys? For me it says “There are no reviews yet for this business. Be the first to review” although i have some reviews..
]]>We have created api key and when we save it on plugin settings page it is not getting saved.
]]>Hi there!
Since I purchased this plugin it has never been able to show more than one 5 star review when I apply that filter. I have many more in my google maps page but the plugin will only pick up one. If the filter is set to 4 star reviews it picks up as many 4 star’s as it can but not with the 5 star filter. Very frustrating. Can anyone give me a hand, please?
At the moment the plugin is set to filter 4 star reviews so I can fill the widget space.
Would it be possible in the future to add an option to blacklist specific reviews or to choose which of the reviews you want to show? This last option would be absolutely fantastic.
Many thanks
Ruben
]]>I want the rating without image. Where important I can’t get it. What needs to be changed?
]]>Hello,
We’re getting this error on a locally developed site:
REQUEST_DENIED: API keys with referer restrictions cannot be used with this API.
Does this mean we need to create a new api key that has no restrictions on use? That seems a tad dangerous given that we also got an email recently from Google saying they will be introducing a new pricing platform for maps api use soon…
]]>My business doesn’t appear in the dropdown unless I deactivate the “Tracking Code Manager” plugin. THere’s apparently a conflict with that plugin. Can you provide a work-around?
]]>Hello,
I tested out the free version of your plugin and I think that it may provide the solution that I have been looking for. However, the biggest reason why I am interested in the plugin is so that I can have stars show up in the SERPS. But it doesn’t look like your plugin generates any markup… I plugged the page that I tested with the free version into googles markup tester, and it found none. Is there schema markup on the paid version?
]]>Hi everyone.
I want to make it so there is no call for the avatar (the large letter).
This is causing me to have a call to googleusercontent.com for each letter and I really do need to cut down on my DNS lookups.
Any help appreciated.
]]>the plugin was working great, but suddenly stopped working.
it shows
“Sorry, this business does not have a proper Place ID set.” “There are no reviews yet for this business. Be the first to review”
i create a new api key and enable Google Places API Web Service and Google Maps JavaScript API.
the strange part is that works with any other place. In the panel when i search it works, something funny that happens is when i change the display option i refresh the page and works , refresh again and is broken again ??
The place is the following:
https://www.google.com.ar/maps/place/Jardines+del+Cielo+Caba%C3%B1as+%26+Apart+Suites/@-31.809965,-64.985981,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x9536dd8fede45d7c!8m2!3d-31.809965!4d-64.985981
the web is https://www.jardinesdelcielo.com.ar/

]]>Hello!
I can’t get the plugin to work.
I have created and activated the Google Api key. This is entered and saved in the plugin. I don’t get a suggestion search. I get an error message instead. The dashboard in the google api console reacts to input!
This ist the error message in the frontend:
INVALID REQUEST: Please check that this widget has a Google Place ID set.
what am I missing?
]]>I installed the plug in and it’s not showing up on the page I’m trying to put it on. Is there a setting I need to check?
]]>Hi,
plugin is great and Im thinking to buy premium version but I have a problem with it: it doesnt show most recent reviews but it shows always same reviews. I tried to clear cache but nothing happened ?? Could you help me? Thanks in advance!
]]>Hello guys.
I’ve installed your plugin to my WP website, but it doesn’t work.
I’m constantly getting two errors:
First,
js?v=3.exp&libraries=places&key=AIzaSyBdTetYm3wnBu3qOwMzukHOO_KIGLRHkC0&ver=4.9:40
InvalidValueError: not an instance of HTMLInputElement
Second,
Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError.
I’ve installed everything properly via tutorial.
Can you help me with that?
I’m using the Event calendar plugin from WordPress, it also uses Google maps – can they have a conflict?
]]>Hi, thanks for good work, I’d like to translate it, but I noticed there’s no translation for Google_Places_Reviews->get_time_since(). It should definitely support Plural-Forms with _n().
]]>Is it possible to truncate the length of the review in the free version?
]]>Hi there.
I haven’t been able to find the business I need to connect via this plugin.
I’ve gone through all of the documentation, and I have:
– Created the API key
– Verified I can search and have properties appear in the auto complete
– Verified I can find the business here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-autocomplete
– Found the Place ID (ChIJ3QrJEtrJsGoRAcwwKaxlNoA) here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-placeid-finder
Despite all that, I can find similarly named businesses in other countries, but I can’t find the business I’m looking for or any other listings in Australia.
My conclusion is the API connection is working, given I can find others, and that the Places listing is fine, since it has reviews and I can find the Place ID.
Any suggestions for things I can try? Would upgrading to PRO give me the ability to manually add the Place ID and bypass the auto complete?
Thanks!
]]>Hi Everyone!
We purchased Google places reviews pro a year and a half ago, and it worked fine up until 10 days or so ago. I know that the support licence has expired, but I would really appreciate some support, as the problem makes the plugin completely unusable.
Basically, if the plugin is activated, if I load edit page in wp-admin (not a 2-text block page, but a larger one), it takes literally 4-5 min to load. This is a no go, as I can’t wait for 5 min everytime I open up page editor.
If I uninstall the plugin, page editing goes back to normal.
come to think of it, only pages which have the plugin text seem to have issues.
Could you please help?
Thanks a lot!

I made sure to add Google API in GPR settings but still get message.
BTW it shows error even if widget not being used in widget area.
I have not started using the plugin yet so don’t know if this breaks anything.
thanks
]]>Hi support team,
I am from Germany and the plugin translates the company name automatically into English. Instead of “Meyer’s Mühle Gartentechnik” it says “Meyer’s Mill Garden Technology”. This confuses the customers, because it’s not the correct name of the company. Also the rest of the wording is in English and not German.
It would be great find a way how to fix these language issues.
Best,
Martin
I have installed & activated the plugin and now when I go to the settings page of google review there are 2 tabs on top “about” and “advanced options” but on the about page it’s just a blank page and on advanced options I can’t click.
