In accordance with Google deciding that Google Cloud Print would reach its end-of-life at the end of this month (see: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/9633006?hl=en), this plugin has now been closed, since without Google Cloud Print it no longer has any practical use. (We have closed it a couple of weeks early, which does not prevent you from continuing to use it until then it if it’s already installed, so that users who were completely unaware have a further opportunity to be alerted).

]]>Hey, there is no link as such to display this but when we update the plugin from 0.8.12 to 0.8.13 the print off is so small it is unreadable. If we revert back to 0.8.12 it works again. What could have caused this in the update? Any advice would be welcomed.

]]>Guys, thank you for your life-saving and time-saving plugin. We are using it on a daily basis and it works like a charm. I’d suggest to make one little improvement. I developed or let’s say improved your plugin with feature I am pretty sure others would find also useful. I can set page role, who can use and print with your plugin. Because under admin it works without problems, but if I want to use it as e.g. Woocommerce shop-manager, then it simply doesn’t print…
]]>Hello,
We’ve been using this plugin along with the WooCommerce Automatic Order Printing from SIMBA with success although it can get a little buggy at times. We’ve just recently had an issue and are trying to reinstall a new printer. When “authenticating our Google account in setting the link “Click here to authenticate your Google Cloud Print account (you will not be able to print via Google Cloud Print without it).” it of course opens the popup to authenticate our Google account. Clicking the “Allow” we now get an error that reads “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.” this hasn’t happened before… any ideas on how to overcome this? Thank you!
Hello David
Thank you very much for your plugin. It is great!
It works very well when printing HTML :
$printed = $gcpl->print_document(false, $name, $content_to_print_in_html);
However, the style and layout of the file printed is a bit disrupted. So I try to generate a PDF from my HTML, using mPDF libary. The PDF generated is nice but I can’t get it printed with your library :
$myPDF->WriteHTML( $content_to_print_in_html );
$printed = $gcpl->print_document(false, $name, $myPDF);
Could you let me knwo if it is possible to print a PDF with your library and how to do it ?
Many thanks
I want the server to recognize when a payment is actually paid then the server with google cloud print service will send instruction to the printer which is located in the restaurant and print the order with all the details, is that possible? I am using a paypal plugin for payments and if you can provide support how to use this plugin

]]>Hi David,
First of all, thanks for the useful plugin that you have developed. I have installed and tested the plugin from the back end and it works!
I am wondering how can i use this plugin from my front end? I plan to develop a simple form for user to submit document and print right after they click on submit button.
Can you advise me on how can i achieve this? Sorry i am a beginner on programming, trying my best in learning PHP and other languages.
Thanks.
