I’m using the converter on my website, and it works correctly except when going from Euro to US Dollar. When this is selected the result shown is NaN.

Any suggestions as to why that is happening and how it can be fxed?

a. I get the following error:
Notice: Undefined index: page in /Users/blabla/Sites/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/google-ajax-currency-convertor/google_ajax_cc.php on line 45
fyi: I have not opened or changed anything in the php file

b. the widget does not fit in the sidebar. how can I change the width, height etc?

c. it is not functioning properly as nothing shows up in the result when I enter a new amount.
