I am uninstalling this plugin. Will simply uninstalling it delete all the associated data with it?

Hello. When you click on the show more button, reviews are repeated, new ones do not appear. What could be causing the problem?

I am still on “old” version 2.0.5 and comparing behavior with the latest version.
On detail review display I get a Read more button when there is no review link going with that review. The link behind the button is the link to the page you are on.
I assume this is not intentional?

I am using filter grfwp_print_review_obj and in that code I do some actions when $grfwp_controller->args[‘excerpt’] == 1.
I notice that the short code value is there when reviews are processed that should be displayed right away. But for those that are hidden due to the setting of reviews per page the value set in the short code is not set.
Can this please be corrected?

I use shortcode with limit option resulting in the Show More button. But clicking this button does not get me to a next page. It looks like no event is attached to it?
Can you please investigate?

The current styling of the Show More button is floating to the left. This is not a problem but the problem is that at the end of the displayed review this styling is not reset.

I installed your plug-in on a site that has Classic Editor enabled and set as default for all users.
Still when I create a new review the Block Editor is started.
So apparently somewhere the settings for defaulting the Classic Editor are not picked up?

After updating to the latest version I see an error on the frontpage appear:

What could this be? Plugin or Theme related? Running latest versions for all on PHP7.4

btw: I disabled the plugin temperately so you couldn’t find the error on the website front now…

After upgrading to a newer version than 2.0.5. the preview display no longer shows the part before the more line.
Is there something wrong?

We have an issue where a custom field with options as a dropdown isn’t passed through correctly. Therefore when trying to submit the booking form it says that the current field is not valid “The option you selected is not valid. Please make another choice.”.

I have disabled all plugins and changed themes with no success. The field itself is not required.

In my custom CSS I’ve added following code to box-in each review.

}

This works fine when using the shortcode below:
[good-reviews category="alle_referenties"]
(see: link)

But the reviews on another page are placed outside the box:
[good-reviews cycle="fader"]
(see: link)

I’ve also tried to add the same CSS for .gr-review-cycle, but this resulted in a box inside a box.

How can I box-in the reviews and use it with both ways of presenting them?

I have this great plugin running on a client site. At the front end of the site, the plugin seems to be running smoothly. Yet, when I use SSH to run wp-cli commands, I get the follow error notice in the terminal. The site is hosted by WP Engine.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function check_permission() on null in /sites/clientname/wp-content/plugins/good-reviews-wp/includes/Settings.class.php:213

I’m running the most recent version of the plugin.

Can you shed any light on how we might address this issue?

I have been using this plugin for a few months with good results – I am getting gold stars under my searches, however I have just received a Google Penalty

Markup on some pages on this site appears to use techniques such as marking up content that is invisible to users, marking up irrelevant or misleading content, and/or other manipulative behavior that violates Google’s Spammy Structured Markup guidelines

I just discovered this plugin and think it could fit my business’ need for a testimonial page.
One of the requisites would be a way (shortcode ?) to display the average ranking on my homepage, which would then reflect in a rich snippet. Is this possible ? Could it be made ?

I have seen the plugin hasn’t been updated in a long time, is it still active ? (Seems to be from the great support, but I am a bit itchy when it comes to updated plugins, even if I believe a good plugin doesn’t need updates for the sake of it)

If you combine categories in your output display it would be nice to display the category title (e.g. like reviewer now is displayed).

I’m collecting Reviews and Testimonials from a Variety of Sources, Facebook, Woocommerce Product Reviews Pro and have styled a yet to be published page on my to display these along with a Featured Testimonial write up.

With the exception of the Feature Testimonial, I’d like to use your plugin to add the ones from WP and Woo-Reviews to the page by way of a Short Code.

Now, because they are appearing in other places would I run into a duplicate content problem with Google?

Because, I am using a featured testimonial that is entered directly on the page, what schema would you suggest that I use so that it matches up with your configuration.

I am having an issue with the way this plugin is displaying in pages on a desktop. The plugin works and displays correctly when added to a widget or on a mobile device. For some reason when viewing it on a page from a computer, the review is so far left that it cuts a lot of it off. Is there a way to fix this?

Standard set up with [good-reviews] on page to show all reviews.

Only 1 review is displayed. If I add another review, the review is replaced with the most recent review added.

I really like this plugin, but it seems like after the wp 4.6 update the schema markup is no longer registering on google listing like it always has.

If I inspect it shows there’s something going on with the text format as an error.
