The Goals feature is no longer available in MailChimp and has been replaced by their newer technologies. This plugin should be closed or at least have a note on it.

I’m trying to add my goal tracking code to my wordpress site and there’s nothing coming up under Settings that would allow me to do that. Are you not supporting this plugin anymore?
