I have been tested your plugin on more than 5 websites it not working i got the same description error on all the websites. I have been sent you i message about this issue more than 3 days ago but you dont respond me, i’m loosing my visitors for your plugin errors.?

Error: I’m getting the same description for all the imported jobs. I have been tested different feed i got the same errror on all my websites.

Please help me because i need to upgrade my licence to use more websites but if the plugin not working on my websites i dont have reason to upgrade my licence. Or give me my money back.

I’ve paid the full price for this plugin and developer has left me on read for multiple DAYS. I informed him I have 2 major blockers and have not gotten a single response in over 3 days.

My two blockers:

Using CareerJet API:
1) Job descriptions look like garbage and I’ve tried every combination of settings to get it to display better. It’s just garbled junk that barely makes any sense, much less provide users with a clear job description

2) I can’t get this plugin to pull in Company logos, even when I enable scraping. They aren’t in the media library, and just keep showing the default image. The support article here did nothing to offer a real solution.

If you’re on the fence about this plugin – Don’t buy it or you risk missing deadlines due to an unresponsive developer.

I’d like imported feed titles to link directly to the source upon clicking them (hence, skipping the description page).

I noticed an option in your screenshots called, “Allow visitors to apply.” If this option is disabled, will this accomplish what I described above?

If this option does not exist, you should consider adding it as a new feature. Then, i would probably buy this addon.

We have entered an extra field in the “Job Manager” plugin “Job Fields”. Unfortunately, the field is not recognized by “Import Jobs”, so it cannot be assigned. What could be the reason for this?

I tried to use the plugin to fetch jobs from zoho rss link, the fetching is fine, but i have a little problem which related to fetching the job location and category

when i fetched the jobs from zoho recruit, it came in the front end like a text, i mean the location and the category came but like a text in the job body

but not coming into the wp job manager category, or not filling the location field in the job post settings

Hi! I am a little bit stumped, and I wanted to ask if you all could help with an issue I’m having.

The issue that I’m having is job listings that I import through WP Job Manager do not display with an “Apply” button. Here’s an example – https://coolsports.jobs/jobs/assistant-athletic-coach-all-sports-all-levels-2/

On the backend, I see that the apply URL is being pulled in correctly in the “Application URL/Email field” on WP Job Manager, and when logged in to WordPress, the “Apply” button appears for me. However, for any visitors to the website, it doesn’t.

When I add job listings manually, those show an “Apply” button for all users. Here’s an example – https://coolsports.jobs/jobs/seasonal-player-social-marketing-coordinator/

This is leading me to believe there’s something I’ve misconfigured or I’m not doing right with Go Fetch Jobs. Can you help?

It would really help if someone that understand not every website wants general jobs. Health websites just want help, Pet websites just want jobs for pet owners and lovers. Filmmaking websites just want jobs for filmmakers. The guide created by someone that understands this gives a #1 do this. #2 do this and from there each step is clear and concise.

The plugin does not create templates or allow jobs to be imported.

Hi. I’ve been using this plugin for a long time to import a feed from Indeed. The RSS feed in question still works as it did before (I can see it in my browser and the content is just the same as before) , but now I see the error message “Could not load feed.: Content is not readable.”

Hi!! Does Go Fetch Jobs also have the possibility to display job posts from e.g. Careerjet and Indeed via Ajax XML-http-request – without importing the jobs into the WPJM database? Does anyone know a solution or script?

I have the PRO version and got API keys from these providers. However the plugin reports some warnings “You need a valid Publisher ID/API Key/Token to pull jobs from this provider. Please refer to the plugin settings to setup your account.“

also when trying to load it it reports:
“Could not load feed.: No jobs found. Make sure you’ve specified ‘Keyword’ and that your API key is valid for the selected country.”

I tried different keywords with the same error.

Does this plugin still work and is maintained with support? ??

When I am signed in and adding jobs, the sidebar shows up great but when I sign out or use a incognito window, there is no sidebar on the new jobs I post, the sidebar is located at the bottom of the job post. This is only on the new jobs I post with the renewal of go fetch jobs. The old jobs all look great. The link below shows the post before renewal and update.

I see one issue with this plugin. When importing one RSS feed that has a lot of new fields that I dont use where would they go? Will the plugin force new database posts to save or just not use them if I dont map them?

Also there is a lot of fields that contains values that I dont use. How can I solve that using the plugin or do I need to do custom code for that so it fits my website?

Hi, I have been looking at this plugin and trying to read about it and it sounds really awesome. I would like to ask some pre-sale questions if allowed – I am new to this so please bare with me (I have emailed but waiting reply and have some more questions now):

1. Would this plugin be able to handle this RSS feed (I checked the rss-feed validator you wrote about and it gives some errors however not so many):

2. I have some custom fields using myles WPJM edit plugin for jobs. Would this plugin be able to see those so we can populate it?

4. How heavy is the fetching process on my server? Can I allow it to run during the days or should it only run during night?
5. I have a subdomain type of setup for a specific reason (which I am glad to present to better describe it to you) – would you allow one license for both places? ??

When using Go Fetch , Talroo API, each imported job gets duplicated. I have premium subscription version 1.8.1

Hyperlinks show in blue but are not clickable. They look ok when I view the feed source.

The plugin was working fine until yesterday.
I get the RSS feed from Indeed website, however since yesterday. It is retrieved only the excerpt and no longer the full description of the job description.

Did the plugin stop creating a canonical URL to the original job listing? I do not see it in the metadata. I’m pretty sure it used to be there.

Hello, when i put a valid xml link in so go fetch jobs will read the jobs, after i click on go fetch jobs it takes me to a blank page and does nothing, it was working a week ago i dont know what happened

a company gave me access to its rss feed, however the job descriptions are links which lead to the job description.

is it possible to recover the content? and not the link?

We are having a couple issues.

1. GoFetch creates the RSS feeds we need, however, upon clicking the job posting it takes us to a “404 page”. Upon further investigation, when clicking the job posting it goes to a page like this https://CompanyDomain.com/job/truck-driver-class-a-home-weekly-2000-per-week-hiring-in-in-m5w-transport-gary-in/

which entails the “404 Page. At this point it’s pointing to it needing a page to host the job posting on, but is there a shortcode for this we are missing, or something else?

2. From your prior dealings with building this plugin to work with careerfy, What would you suggest be the best method to sync the RSS feeds and API’s with Careerfy’s built-in job listing area. (included in “Link to the page you need help with”)
