Is there a possibility to add the order number to the receipt reference?

COD payment for Parcel Shop delivery isn’t working for me.

I have allowed parcel shop delivery method under the COD payment settings, but still nothing.

Also, for Home Delivery method isn’t working, but for this i have found a workaround by disabling the home delivery from your plugin and keep using the native Woo option.

Shipping is visible on the checkout page but there is no map when clicking on the shipping method. The checkout is based on the Gutenberg blocked page that is default in the current Woocommerce versions.

How to get it work?

We have seperate contract / API for multiple countries for GLS service. Can’t add multiple seperate API keys to the plugin. Also the sender address is taken from the shop address field, with no option to use other address. We have different official address and returns address. Can it be integrated in the plugin view? And added option to add seperate API key for each country / to choose, which key to use for which destinations?

Also for COD we use other payment method then official Cash on Delivery method from Woocommerce. Would it be possible to choose / change, which is the COD method for GLS packages?

in gls-shipping-for-woocommerce-sl_SI.l10n.php the ‘Croatia’ string is mistranslated as ‘Slovenia’ and it’s the first item in the dropdown. This means that SI users think the correct country is already selected, but the requests are actually sent to the wrong API gateway, failing.

Hello

Seems like i cannot allow payment cash on delivery payment for home delivery. I have selected home delivery under cash on delivery payment in settings, but it doesn’t seem to take in consideration this setting.

For now i have turrned off the home delivery from GLS app and using home delivery from Woo.

I have unchecked payment COD for locker delivery, but also it stops COD for Parcel Shop delivery.

As you may know, GLS doesn’t allow COD payment at Locker.

Do you know a workaround?

I’d like to know if it’s possible to set a minimum order amount for free shipping.

In the settings, I can only see a field to define the shipping price, but nothing for setting a minimum amount for free shipping.

Is there a way to configure this?

Is it possible to somehow adjust the delivery price depending on the weight of the items in the basket. As far as is visible, the possibility of entering the price is only on the order slice, whatever it contains (regardless of the number of items or their weight)

How to change VAT tax for GLS Parcel Locker? In Slovenia its 22%, but plugin claculate 20%, how to change that?

GLS shipment is not listed with other shipping profiles, so I’m not able to reorder it. I want to GLS be first in the list, and currently it’s last.

Also, I use plugin “Ship descriptions” which enables me to add additional info about each shipping profile but as GLS is not listed with other profiles, I don’t have option to add any description.

I want to make it look like this.

I have installed this plugin at the suggestion of GLS Romania, but the once installed the plugin freezes the checkout process.

It is impossible to click and choose payments methods, click back to cart or click finish order.

What can be done?

Hi, thank you for your plugin. I installed it and when I wanna push the button to choose parcel shop or box it does not work (in setting I choosed Czech republic). I have WordPress 6.4.5, PHP 8.1 (but I tried it also with 6.5.5, PHP 8), Woocommerce 9.0.2. I have a plugin for different company, where I also choose pick up point and there the button is workin. Any idea where could be problem? Thanks
