I have moved from one hosting plan to another and rebuilt my site and am needing to implement the plugin on WP 5.5.1 / PHP 7.3.
1. Will it work in this environment?
2. Is there an ETA on an update?
3. I have the plugin directory from my 5.4.2 install.
A. Will uploading the old plugin directory into the new one cause any issues?
B. Will all of my configurations move with it?
Tight deadline – event this weekend. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, Seem to be having issues with submitting the form on mobile devices
(phone/tablet). Submit button just doesn’t seem to do anything at all when on this format. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your help!
How do I fix these errors?
The following errors were found:
* x_amount : can only contain digits, a comma and a decimal point.
* x_fp_hash : Could not validate the integrity of the payment from the transaction key, x_fp_hash, x_fp_sequence, x_fp_timestamp, x_amount, and (optionally) x_currency_code and x_fee_amount values of the request.
Hello! I have been having problems with echoing the information from our website to the Payeezy.
All the variables except for the x_amount is not echoed. It was working until a couple months ago.
I checked the Transaction_key and everything looks to be correct.
Do you have any idea on how to resolve this issues?
Thank you for your help!
Hello,
Is there an easy way to add a quantity field, have the plugin calculate the total, and transfer it to the Payment page?
Thank you!
Hi DonnellC,
Thank you for making this plugin. I just wanted to see if this supports more than one payment page?
Payeezy/First Data sent us a notice that we need to be compliant by 01/24/2018. Is this plugin currently compliant with TLS 1.2?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hello, love this plugin, very handy! I was wondering if there was any way to set the payment amount so that users wouldn’t have to enter in an amount to pay. setting up a subscription service and would like to have a predetermined amount for customers. Is this possible?
Hi Donnell,
We received a notice from the Payeezy folks about a transaction id field being updated. I just wanted to make sure this doesn’t affect your plugin and that there is nothing we needed to do. I didn’t see any tables in the database that stores this data but wanted to be sure. Here is the link to the online version of the notice: https://support.payeezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000398374-Payeezy-Gateway-Transaction-Tag-Value-Upgrade
Thanks!
Hi DJ Kid Nyce. Big ups on this truly informative video. I followed every step of the instructions. And after I am done, the payment from my website has no issues. The problem is I don’t see anything when I go to my payment gateway transaction page. Any ideas how I can fix this??
I’ve used the plugin often in the past and had great success with it. However, it has stopped working correctly when it comes to recurring transactions. The initial one-time transaction goes through just fine, however the recurring transaction information never makes it to Payeezy. I’m wondering if you could help me get this figured out. Thanks so much. The page on my site for this is https://www.sc-church.org/give/recurring-gifts/
How can we add a 3% convenience fee to the form?
We have field “Invoice Amount” that user inputs their payment amount, this is currently tied to x_amount.
We’d like to have
“Invoice Amount” text input by user
Convenience Fee 3% non editable amount displayed = 3% x Invoice Amount
“Total Payment” this will be linked to x_amount and passed to the gateway.
Convenience fee however does need to be displayed somewhere on the receipt.
Is this possible?
For recurring payments (in my case, donations), is it possible to set up the recurring donation without having to enter an amount to pay at the time of form submission? We are having an issue where our users think they are setting up recurring donations, but the submission fails because there isn’t an additional amount entered in the default donation amount field.
Is there a way to validate the field content before submitting to Payeezy, beyond simply making a field required?
We recently had a payment fail because someone entered an invalid amount. I got an email indicating the nature of the error, but I’ve tried entering (for example) an invalid email address, and what I as the user see is just a non-helpful generic error on the Payeezy side.
How can I valid the data BEFORE it gets sent to Payeezy?
I just submitted a question, and it’s not appearing.
Creating the recurring options work just fine, but on our site we have annual and monthly options that customers might choose to use at the same time. How do we set it up in order to choose both instead of just one?
Our client is using your Payeezy plugin and has had a couple of payments not show up in their Payeezy screen. Is there a log where submitted transactions or error messages are captured that we could take a look at? Is there any way for us to look at submissions or does this form submit directly to Payeezy?
Hi,
I want to show transaction id in order email, Can you tell how would i get transaction detail from payeezy.
Or Any guidance.
Thanks in advance.
I posted this in a new forum top on developer.payeezy.com, but I’m not sure which that is review more often than the wordpress support site, so I am posting it here as well.
I’ve been working with a Test Payment page set up on demo.globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com and since Monday when ever I try to process a form through it I am given the “Hosted Checkout uses security mechanisms…” error page instead of being allowed to enter CC information.
I’m running off of WordPress 4.5.1 and “Global Gateway e4 | Payeezy Gateway” plugin version 2.0
This has been happening for the last 2 days – every since Monday. I may have updated to version 2 Monday, but I am not sure. One weird thing I noticed. I could swear that the “Current HTML” code at one time contained a hidden field called “token”, but I do not see that anymore.
Note: This same Test payment page was working for me last week.
I just installed and activated the plugin.
On its settings page when I go to fill in the “Payment Page ID:” value the input boxis shifted to the far right and there is an error message inside it that says,
Notice: Undefined variable: x_login in /vagrant_data/plugins/globe-gateway-e4/Globe Gateway e4.php on line 217
Almost ever input field on the settings page displays the same error

I am running my wordpress instance 4.5 inside a ‘Oracle VM VirtualBox’ virtual machine – but this is the only plugin that seems to have this problem.

Hello!
I’m trying to set up the html code for the plug-in for a client of mine using your video tutorial but this error keeps popping up:
Warning: require_once(classes/token.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/47/3243847/html/wp-content/plugins/globe-gateway-e4/current_html.php on line 1

Am I doing something wrong in the plug-in or am I doing something wrong in the payeezy payment pages set up?
Thanks so much for your help!
I’ve been using a older version of this plugin for ages because upgrades always break it.
Some one in my office updated it. I am trying to revert to an older version like I usually do and even that is not working.
It appears that on submit the plugin is looking for the confirm.php file however, I can’t seem to find one anywhere in the plugin’s files, old or new version.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
