I would like to test how this plugin works in practise in my Sandbox WordPress site and if it works well will I be interested of a paid account for my real and public WordPress site.
So I have a free Gliffy Online account which allows at most five diagrams of which all will be publicly available. I could also successfully generate API Credentials (Account Id, OAuth Consumer Key, OAuth Consumer Secret) for it. However, an error message says “Got error status code: 401 and message: Your account has the maximum number of users (1)”.
Does that message say that this plugin can not be used with a free Gliffy Online account? Or worse, does it say that a multi user account is required? If a multi user account is required would it be a lot more expensive to use this plugin compared to the price for a one user standard or pro account.
My interest is to only use this plugin for personal use for learning and exercises and I can accept a charge of $96 per year for a pro account if the plugin works well but not $479.40 which it would be for a five users account.
So clarify what accounts this plugin may be used with, please!

]]>I have a Pro Gliffy account. I’ve installed the WordPress Gliffy plugin and configured it with my APT info.
When I’m in the Edit Page area, I see the Gliffy icon beside Upload/Insert above the content editor. When I click on it, I see my available public diagrams. When I select one, it inserts some code that begins and ends with “#” into my page.
However, when I view the page, I just see the gliffydiagram code and not my diagram.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks, Cheri

]]>Hi,
Can tell me if the hyperlinks remain active when you insert a created diagram into a WordPress post or page?
If not, is there any way of making them work?
Kind regards

]]>Hi,
Looks like a great plugin and exactly what we’re after.
Can you tell me if it works with a multisite setup?

]]>Whoa, this is a big bug.
WordPress 3.3.2
Gliffy Version 0.3.4
Gliffy is the ONLY plugin I have installed, and if ANY USER OF ANY LEVEL (from subscribers to admin) other than the original admin tries to log in, this is what you get:
Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving https://your-site-name.com/wp-login.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.
Deactivate the plugin, and the problem goes away.

]]>Hi,
I just go the license and installed the plugin. Great product and all is working fine.
However, there is one thing which is not working for me. I know I only have a one user licence so only one person should be able to create the charts.
But when I have the plugin active subscribers are not able to login anymore, they receive a cryptic database error. It seems the plugin only checks the email address of the registered user and so all other users are blocked out. Is there a workaround for that or would I really need a licence for each subscriber even they only have read-permissions.
Thanks for your help!

]]>Would there be a way to incorporate private diagrams?
Basically my wordpress installation is going to be private and I’m not sure I want the diagrams to be publicly available.
