I’ve been using the Pro version (Gift Cards pro) of this plugin for some time now. I can say without any hesitation that it’s top class. I’m hugely impressed. Beautiful templates and very smooth functionality. Easy to follow set up and it integrates seamlessly with Woocommerce.
The support team have helped me a couple of times along the way. The team are very dependable, providing super fast responses in a courteous and professional manner. Plus, they are always prepared to go the extra mile to help out!

The usage of the plugin is rather confusing. The English texts are full of horrible errors, and even though the plugin comes from Austria, the German translation is very incomplete. But worst of all, even though vouchers can be redeemed in WooCommerce, they cannot be turned into WooCommerce products, making the plugin basically useless for me and probably most WooCommerce users.

Sure this can be a good plugin. Missed the part where WooCommerce COMPATIBLE is only part of the Pro version. My fault – have deadlines to meet and were 14 hours already at it. Really though the basic Woocommerce integration will be there – not just the line on the checkout page!
Wasted time (which I do not have) to set it up and only at the stage where I needed to setup the product and after checking the documentation, realised I have waisted my time.
The “free” system:
1. is basic a word processor and will create a lot of administration work to manage.
2. will chase clients away (there is competition out there!) as it is an amateur way of selling Gift Cards.
Please take out the WooCommerce Supportable out of your heading or add (Pro) next to it. Very misleading.
Highly disappointed and frustrated – thought this will be the answer. And now I wasted more time to write this review….

This is a very good and useful plugin. You have many options for using an existing card or an own version, and can great them with many options. Also you have a good interface for the customers to buy them. The Support ist very helpful, and give you very fast answers. Highly recommended.

This is a very good plugin. It comes with loads of options so it takes some time to find your way and to configure it as you need it. The translations – even the English ones – are a bit tricky, but managable. The support is outstanding. Better use the email than the form on the webpage for support. Alltogether: full marks!

This is a standalone plugin. I cannot use this gift voucher as woocommerce product. It only allow using the gift coupon code in checkout page!. Otherwise it doesn’t have any relation with woocommerce.

This is a great plugin, it works great can do both packages or create your own amount of gift certificates, easy to track and design, and in downloadable PDFs. I am super happy with this plugin and I have to say the support is awesome! I had a different thing I was trying to do and they were able to help me with it very quickly. We use it without woocommerce but it integrates with it as well. I am so happy I found this plugin.
