I checked the requirements and see both infusion-submit and infusion-form are there. I tested with a fresh HTML copy no styling and also added the shortcode to the current form on the site’s footer but still not able to see the code.

Could you take a quick look? Maybe you can spot something?

Doesn’t work when JS is disabled

Hi,

Love the plugin, but when JS is disabled in the browser, the recaptcha doesn’t render, which means we’re still getting loads of SPAM.

Can anything be done to ensure the recaptcha is shown even when JS is disabled in the browser?

Is there a way to control the width of the recaptcha? I have it in my existing form, and it’s much wider than my sidebar.

Weird Issue

I activated the plugin and it’s auto adding to one of the forms on the homepage.

But when I add it to the other form on the page the Capctha only shows on the top form – And if you try to submit one form you have to confirm on the other.

Any way to stop this happening?

Shortcode Not Working in FusionBuilder Code Block

I’ve inserted the shortcode into a Fusion Builder Code block but it’s not showing the reCaptcha when I view the page. I’m thinking the Code block doesn’t allow shortcodes. Maybe a honeypot is the way to go…?

Hi…

From the frontend, looks like it is working.. you can get through the registration with completing the fields and capthca.

But we are still getting spam registrations like

[email protected]

What seems to be the problem.

I installed the plug in, but Im having trouble getting the actual captcha to show up. We are running infusionsoft through contact form 7 add on and using the infusionsoft API key. I am using the short code but the captcha doesnt show up, the actual short code it self shows up as plain text. Any idea why?
