We have been using the plugin for a while, until 2 years ago the service stopped working…I’ve been trying to contact the developers, but the site is blocked in NL by a security firewall and the emails I send are bounced.
We have been charged for the pro for 2 years now without a working service. Can the developer contact us to resolve the issue?

I have been charged for another year of service and I cannot reach the developers through the website. The refund policy says we can get a refund for up to one week. It is not one week today, and I tried contacting three times.
Any way we can get it resolved? Do the developers see these posts?
]]>I get a Failed – No file on the downloads. All looks normal, just the actual pdf file is getting created. I checked the uploads folder, where the link is pointing to but no such a file.

]]>I just upgraded to 3.1.3, but now I can’t do any merges because there is a “System didn’t passed minimum requirements” error.
When I view the status of the System Check, it shows “Temporary Path Fail”.
I then choose Settings, and the Temporary Path is blank. What should go in this field? I couldn’t find any documentation about this field anywhere on the website or help documents.
Reverting to V 2.1.10 clears the problem.

]]>Everything was working yesterday, then all of a sudden I’m getting the “No fields found” error.” when I create a new merge. Then when I check all the merges, I find that all the mapping to PDFs are missing. (These worked fine yesterday).
I tried logging onto the main gravity2PDF site for support, but sign-in keeps bouncing me back to your homepage. This is the only place I can contact you…I hope you can help.

I purchased the basic add on bundle on Thursday. Whenever I go to the account page on the G2PDF website (the account page takes forever to load, by the way- I saw another person mention that the login fields aren’t present but they just take a few minutes to pop up) I’m able to see my purchased license keys. Under status it says active, and I’ve added the site URL to the manage sites page. However in the activations column it says “0/1” even though it says the plugin is active.
I think this is causing my next problems – the watermark is showing, and I can’t get FTP delivery to work. Please advise.

]]>When I put [gf2pdf_direct_download] on the email gravity forms sends to notify the user that they successfully completed the form and can download a copy to print, if other customers fill in the same form, the link gives the latest entry. In other words, one user can see another user’s information if that is the latest entry. Is this happening because I did not check “Save entries” in settings, or will this always happen? How do you ensure information stays private for each user?
Also, I am not able to update the plugin from 2.1.19 to 2.1.21.

We purchased the plugin because it said signature add on and all the features like dropbox.
