If connection to Hubspot authentication has somehow timed out, “Disconnect your Hubspot account” will give you Alert that says “NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load 'https://*******/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php'” error.

There should be a fallback that atleast “gravityformsaddon_gravityformshubspot_settings” row from “wp_options” should be cleared that user could Re-authorizate it’s Hubspot account.

Now it needs manual database tweaking and if not authorized to modify database, end up never-working-hubspot -connection that cannot be fixed.

I’m experiencing an issue making the HubSpot account connection fail. Here are the steps that I’m following and the results:

1. Go to the Forms -> Settings -> HubSpot page within the admin.
2. Click the “Click here to connect your HubSpot account” button.
3. Select the correct account on the HubSpot side and click “Choose Account”

At this point, it brings me back to the HubSpot settings page but nothing has changed and the button for connecting the account is still there. I’ve tried using a default theme and disabling plugins without any success.

I’m trying to assign conditionally the lead owners, but when I create the conditional field (example: Assign to: [person] – condition if state is [state]) and save the page, all my information is set up, regardless of the configuration.

I can’t find a way to map Multiple checkboxes questions. only radio buttons (single choice)
