From one day to the next, I’m experiencing issues with this Gravity Forms extension, which is causing a fatal error:
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: urlencode(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, array given.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

]]>Hi there
I have this plugin installed on three sites, but the site in the ticket is where the issue was experienced last.
From time to time, we notice that tickets on our Freshdesk portal are low in volume. When I check the WP site and the Freshdesk log, I see a whole bunch of queued up tickets that have failed to be sent through to Freshdesk. On further inspection I noted that the API key previously entered has been cleared. I am not sure how this happens, but I’d love to know if there is something that can be done here? Either a failure notification or a fix altogether?
Many thanks in advance
]]>I’m having a problem getting the ticket to populate in Freshdesk. It gives me error like ‘group_id has to be positive value’. I looked at the ticketed fields in FD and saw it was required for an agent. There is also an automated rule that will set it if a ticket gets created without it. But this isn’t working as it never gets into FD. Do all Ticket Fields that are required for agent need to be on the form? And if so, how do we get values like it’s talking about in the error? I tried adding a field group_id and a default value that was a valid value ‘ecommerce support’ in this case, but it didn’t accept it and still gave me same error. I can’t find anything about this in documentation. Thanks.
]]>Hi,
we are using the Premium Version of the plugin. As a user submits our form, we have two feeds (contact data & ticket data) to transfer to our freshdesk account. The Sync is succesful, but the data are sent twice. In both feeds we enabled the option to update, if already exists.

# 20700 and # 20699 have the same content and are created within one submit.
Do you have an idea, why this is happening?
]]>After setting the Freshdesk Object to create Tickets, we can see some Contact fields that can be mapped to Gravity Form fields; however, we cannot see ALL of the Freshdesk Contact fields. What determines which fields are visible when adding new field in the Freshdesk feed?
]]>It appears that only one ticket thread is supported i.e. tickets are reopened when additional form entries are submitted under the same primary field (e.g. email address). Is there a way to configure a new ticket per submission? or will that be a feature request?
It would make sense that if a submission has a different value for the field mapped to ticket “subject”, that should warrant a new ticket instead of adding to the existing ticket thread.
]]>From Gravity Forms, we would like to create a contact on submission, or if the contact already exists (e.g. matching email address), create a ticket associated with that contact.
Is this possible with either the free or premium version of the plugin?
Thanks,
Chris

If I add the group as a field on tickets, it gives me an error.

]]>When the send email is clicked it does not redirect to the Thank You page but instead it just keeps loading (see the loading icon). I checked the entries and my test email was there. I tried deactivating the plugin and tested the GF again and it correctly redirects to the site’s Thank You page.
