I’ve been testing this plugin on my site for a while, and the email optin functionality is very cool. I’ve had a number of questions for the team, and found the customer support from Maria Smirnova to be excellent. Quick turnaround, and often she’ll quote the tech team with their suggestions on some of the custom stuff I’m trying to do. Cool plugin, great team.

It’s simpler than other chat plugins, yet it offers basic features that others neglect.
Yet, I would suggest you add a little message like “the operator has closed the chat” so that the user understands why his messages aren’t sending anymore (you have the feeling that the system crashed). It would also be nice to have the possibility to customize the icon…. small things, but you know how small things can spoil someone’s design ??
There’s also a little thing missing: when Admin is offline and user is asked to leave a message, there’s actually no message text field!
UPDATE; you enlarged the sponsored ad and made it very invasive inside the widget, you get a star less for bad marketing
UPDATE: it was a nice chat widget, your choice of making it a paid service will drive me away (I honestly cannot afford subscription-based plugins). Too bad. Moreover, the backend cannot stay alive for more than 15 minutes and you have to reload page…. Chats are meant to babysit Admins, not the other way around!!

Assigning surveys, sharings pages, followings etc. could be meaninful if the service offer too many options.
Getsight control offers too many customization but nearly %70 of those customization needs plus subscription.
Then I start to think why i connect to external site and increase my loading time if so many options would need plus subscription.
Beside that, his member panel (offsite) offers nice and easy controls.

I was looking for a plugin to add a cookie warning for a clients site and came accross this plugin and decided to give it a try.
Initially I was a bit sceptical when I saw that I had to register on an external site where I setup my widgets but found the experience surprisingly simple.
While playing around I also noticed I could create widgets for other things the client wanted like a newsletter popup along with some other promo popups. Two birds with one stone, awesome!
Of course there is a limit on how much you can do for free but for our needs it was enough. Highly recommended.
