The optin form works wonderfully. But I realized that there is not captcha. I have other captcha plugins but they don’t integrate that I can tell. Is there a captcha option for optin by Optin Cat

I have an optin get response form which keeps bringing up this error. Couldn′t verify submission, please reload.

I have to keep refreshing the Form (and force refreshing) within wordpress so it works for users but in this process I have been losing potential customers.

After I went Live with my Optin page, I didnt see the advertisement link so that I can advertise my optin page on the website. Could you please tell me where is my link for my optin page called Revitalized Stretches?

I added the form and linked to my list but on the site the submit button is not working, on the preview in the plugin it is working. Not sure what to do.

Whenever a potential customer tries to submit his details on any of my Getresponse optin cats that i have installed, it says couldn’t verify submission try reloading. And immediately i login to mybadmin account and edit the form or just review the cat, the submission error stops but after few hours, it starts again. Kindly help. I have contacted Getresponse but they said the issue is with WordPress

Hi…I am working on a new site for my business, and need to add a form with my Get Response API key. I successfully installed plugin (I use GoDaddy) and created a very simple form. Looks like the form is a pop up…I just want it embedded on the page.

How can I do this?

I’ve checked the EU GDPR Checkbox and the “Only show for EU browser…” checkbox, I also filled in the Checkbox headline and the statement (with and without an URL).

It’s just not showing up.

You can find the form just before the footer. Right now I’ve put the text without the checkbox (not so GDPR friendly).

How can I make this work?

This is what my side bar says, “The selected Optin Cat form doesn’t exist”.

If someone, who is already signed in the list, wants to sign in again (because they just don’t know if they have already signed in or not!!!) the error message Failed to add user – 409 shows up. Is it possible to change the wording to something like this: You are already signed in.

Today I discovered that I have a problem with forms created with Optin forms. In practice when you click on subscribe it should redirect to another page with “successful registration” instead the url becomes https://www.giovanniriccobono.it/blog/# and a message appears “oops page not found moved or deleted”.

I do it with all 3 forms that I created and use. What could be the problem?

I have a problem on the newsletter registration page. A few months ago everything worked. Later, when typing the e-mail in the pop box, the message popped up: couldn’t verify submission, try reloading. Now the pop box does not appear after pressing the button that previously triggered it. What’s most interesting, all options work only when I’m logged in to the administrative panel of the wnetrzagalewska.pl website on WordPress. As soon as I log out and enter the site as a guest using, for example, the incognito mode, the button and pop box do not work. I have already consulted this problem with Getresponse, no errors can be seen on their side. They pointed to a problem with the Opt-in Cat plug-in. All plugins on the site are updated. I cleared cookies from the site. Still the same.

I have a problem with the “Redirect to” option..

After pressing the “Submit” button, confirmation of adding the email address to the list appears (accept icon). Then you should be directed to another page. Nothing happens.

Do you know why this is happening? Thanks in advance for the hints.

I’ve been using the plugin for 2 years with no problems. I have a drop in box on my site that drops in one time at the beginning of a visitor’s visit to the site. The settings are set to only show on “desktop” as I don’t want the drop in box showing on mobile.

All of a sudden after changing my site to https, the drop in box shows on mobile now. How do I fix this? Please advise.

I have a problem with the mobile version of the get response optin plugin. The pop up appears but only half of it. When I try to scroll down this is impossible. In this way people are not able to fill in the fields and the pop up is useless. On desktop it seems to work just fine. Can you help me? Thanks!

Im having a lot of trouble here. I downloaded the Get Response Plugin and its come up with an ”optin form”.
Now my question is, I’ve already made the ‘opt in form’ in the plugin and its ready to go i just cant figure out how to actually put it into a post. There is a little ‘optin form’ button at the top of the content box but when i click on it it doesnt give me the option to enter in my plugin. It has a ‘select’ button but nothing inside it.
I think ive explained that as best i can; Has anyone had this problem before or know of how to do it?
Id REALLY love your help on this.

I use smartheme by the way.

I made a subscription pop-up and a sidebar inscription form but even if I use the API to connect with getresponse, I can’t see the pop up and the sidebar inscription form (that one even doesn’t appear in the widget menu if I try to search it).
Could the problem be the template? seems strange: I use a paynment one from themeforest.
Any help?

I disabled the pop up, remove the plugin and somehow it still shows up.

I added the plugin, disable the pop up, permanently delete it so now I don’t have anything linked to it. Delete cache and history on the website and I still get the pop up.

How can I remove it?? It’s making me lose subscribers.

If gdpr options were enabled consent checkbox doesn’t appear and all subscription failed.

I’m using Optin Forms for our getResponse newsletters signups. However, the Plugin implements an older version of Font Awesome in the head of the code of my website. This conflicts with the newer version that we are using on our website. Also, font awesome isn’t even being used by the plugins by default. Is there anyway we can remove the implementation or make it optional? That would be perfect!
