Using STRIPE and subscriptions in the GETPAID plugin.
However the subscriptions are not including the original full invoice amount. There is a Credit Card fee we charge and taxes to some clients and those are not being repeated in the subscription invoices. WHY?

Hey, So when I create a new user on my website, sometimes it will create a duplicate invoice and sometimes it will not. im having trouble pinning down the exact cause, but Getpaid stripe payments is the only plugin i have active that has any kind of enabled stripe integration.

I want to create some custom functions for my site based on the incoming webhook data stripe sends, but i don’t want to conflict with anything getpaid has going with the webhooks. I’m mainly just wanting to set up so that users roles change depending on if their account is up to date on payment or not.

The Stripe dashboard (test mode) is registering an incomplete payment whenever anyone loads a payment form that lets customers “select a single item from the list”. In this case, the items are shown in a radio button list, with the first item pre-selected. When the form is loaded in this state, it seems to be sending a request to Stripe, without the payment button being clicked.

When I change the form to “select one or more items on the list”, no item is pre-selected and nothing shows up as incomplete in Stripe. Any idea what’s going on?

Hi. I’ve created a form with multiple checkboxes to indicate interests. After the form has been submitted, the Payment Form Details of the invoice all show these values as “Yes”, regardless of whether the box was checked or not. How can I show the value of an unchecked box as No or null?

I’m setting up a site that sells both recurring and non-recurring items. For non-recurring items (e.g. tickets) I’m concerned that it will confuse purchasers to receive both an invoice and a request to create a password. I see that there is an option to disable new user emails but that’s not good for purchasers of subscriptions. Is there any way to get more granular control over the new user emails?

On a payment form, I want to have a checkbox next to an input field, each with 50% width, however the checkbox is aligned to the top. How can I align the checkbox to the center vertically? See screenshot.

Whenever I try to pay, I get the error message “We could not authenticate your payment method. Please select another payment method and try again.” In the stripe error message “payment_intent_authentication_failure” the billing details are empty. Sorry I had to open a new ticket about the same topic, because my previous topic was closed as resolved but it wasn’t completely clarified. The issue is that on Mobile devices, The Stripe card section will not show up unless the user enters its email address. People don’t notice this requirement and tend to abandon the shopping cart because they think there is a problem with the form. Is there any way to eliminate this behavior and show up everything? The stripe card section of my payment form doesn’t load in mobile devices. It loads in desktop but not in Mobile devices. Can you help me figure out why?.

I wanted to dive deeper into what a Verified Stripe Partner entails. Your plugin page links to Stripe Verified Partner but that gets a “page not found”. I then went to Stripe’s Partner Directory but could not find your partner page using any of these search queries: “getpaid”, “stripe-payment gateway”, or “AyeCode”. Is there a way I can directly access your Stripe Partner profile page?

I am considering using this plugin. However, there’s no indication on the plugin page clearly stating that the user will remain on my website for the entirety of the transaction process. Your screenshot of the Product Service Subscription appears to be inside a browser window but there is no URL field to indicate what the user will see.

I can’t get the stripe integration to work.

I have installed getpaid and pricing manager.

I added webhooks in stripe

To claim a paid listing or create a new paid listing, I get the error: No such customer: ‘cus_N05Orp5oMNKcrw’

I have tried with PHP versions 8.1, 8.0 & 7.4 and there was no difference.

The versions I am using

WP Version 6.0.3

GetPaid Version 2.6.16

GetPaid Stripe Payments Version 2.2.15

I also submitted a ticket at https://wpgetpaid.com/support/ but did not receive a confirmation email that the ticket was created.

How can I fix a styling issue on the getpaid payment form?. The subtotal section of the form, displays all messed up. See screenshot link.

Is it possible to allow the user to enter a custom payment amount by free-typing the amount, rather than just using a select dropdown that uses pre-defined amounts?

For example, the field would be called ‘invoice amount’ and the user would enter the amount that they have to pay for their invoice eg. 1520.45

We recently had an order placed where a customer provided a different shipping address & billing address. Inside the plugin, I can see that they entered two different addresses, however in our Stripe account, the billing address carried over as both the billing and shipping address.

We were wondering if it was possible to have the shipping address carry over and populate inside of Stripe when the shipping address provided is different, rather than listing the billing address for both.

I’m not sure whether to post this here or in the general GetPaid plugin support area, but as I’m using Stripe I thought I would start here.
I recently launched a new website, and for part of the service I take an annual subscription payment. I have had around 70 people sign up and pay with no problems, but today I received an email from one potential customer who told me they have tried to sign up and the site is telling them their postal code is invalid. My site is a local service, so just about everyone who has signed up is from the same area of Canada. I contacted Stripe, and they told me the problem was not with them; the user was not getting as far as Stripe – the problem was occuring with the validation before it was sent to Stripe. There is no record of the customer in my dashboard. Can you help me fix the issue with this customer?

Hi there, loving this plugin, but I’ve hit an issue I’m unsure how to resolve:

We first set-up the GetPaid and GetPaid Stripe Payments plugins over on https://staging.selfhost.cloud. We then copied everything back over to https://selfhost.cloud.

Mostly everything is working great, but our Stripe Webhook URL at the bottom of Settings > Payment Gateways -> Stripe Payment seems to have been hard-coded as as a https://staging.selfhost.cloud URL and we now need it to be a https://selfhost.cloud URL.

I’ve tried doing a search and replace on the database, but that doesn’t seem to catch it.

So, how can I edit/ update/ reset our Stripe Webhook URL at the bottom of Settings > Payment Gateways -> Stripe Payment?

Hello, i got an issue when customers pay with 2 step authorization like 3D secure.

Here is the message :

“This PaymentIntent’s source could not be updated because it has a status of succeeded. You may only update the source of a PaymentIntent with one of the following statuses: requires_payment_method, requires_confirmation, requires_action.”

The payment is ok on stripe but the website return an error message and let the invoice status in “Pending payment”

How i can solve that?
