I’m using Astra theme variation. Now, when the quote form is popped up, radio button values are shown in new lines. I need to show those values in line. What needs to be changed in Frontend.css to achieve this?

Pre-usage questions (free version).

While a user visits a Product Detail page and clicks “Get a Quote” and submits the form, Admin should be receiving an email.

1. Does that email to Admin has Product Title and Product Link?
2. If yes, where are those details shown (Email Subject, Body)?

It would be great to have an option where the admin can set out of stock on certain variant and request a quote button show up for that particular variant . Definitely a feature I would pay for.

I have added the plugin to our clients site and selected the request a quote button only to show for out of stock products, though it is showing for all products.

You may see the link to a product that is in stock and you will see the button is showing.

Please can you provide assistance on how to correct this.

The website is using the Astra theme if that does provide any known insight for theme conflicts.

Is it possible to run some db query (for example, add some post with wp_query) after the request-for-quote form was submitted? I want to do it exactly with this plugin, not with the help of cf7 functions/addons.

The form is not sending from the Get a Quote pop-up. Other forms from the site are sent correctly.

The form is working perfectly if the plugin is disabled.

Firstly, thank you for the awesome plugin. It’s great and easy to configure and use.

We are facing a problem though. Whenever a customer sends a request for a quote, in the email notification the admin receives, the shortcode doesn’t get rendered and no relevant information gets passed.

Here’s the screenshot of the email for your reference:

It just shows shortcodes as it is. I could not quite figure out what the problem is. Could you please help me with this?

Yesterday you have succesfully resolved the topic I’ve posted about Drag and Drop upload field not showing on contact forms inside Get a Quote popups. That works great!

But unfortunately after updating plugin to last version for adding compatibility with “Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7” plugin, now popup doesn’t close when you clic outside it, on the overlay zone.

Is it possible to add this feature again? Some forms might be large and the only way to close popup now is going back to top of the form and click the X button.

Just installed the plugin and set it up but the button doesn’t seem to be responding when you click it. It does not bring up the form, and seems like nothing is linked to it as still shows arrow when hovering over it.

Any ideas?

P.s Love the plugin and would be greafull to get this fixed so i can use it.

I have a button on the link page above: “get a custom sofa quote” – which leads to the contact 7 form. But the form doesn’t send to either parties. I’ve tried to get help but no one is responding with practical help.

Here’s the c7 form:

I am very frustrated and hope I don’t have to give a bad review.

“The point of requesting a quote is so the customer can email the website to request the quote. BUT the email never gets sent to the customer, nor the website admin. Customer support doesn’t resolve the issue – no matter how many times you ask”

it seems very complicated when i am using your plugin – I only get a green ribbon when pressing send a request and then I have to click on a link to continue.

I am trying to set up a webshop and want following feature:
The products I sell is either with a fixed price or you may ask for a quote.
Ready to wear clothes and specially designed.
On the front page you see the products – some marked with price but no matter which one you choose you will enter the product description and here you click on a “add to cart” if priced, or “send request if that the option.

if you click on a ready to wear you can order your 1 unit, and the click cend you straight to the checkout, where type your address, pay with your credit-card and you get your order ASAP.

If you click on a specially design, you are forwarded straight to the request form, type your details, send your request and the designer will contact you.

it is “either or” not both.

I want to describe both products as a woocommerce product – no matter which one I choose

Is this the right Plugin? How is the settings suppose to be?

ok i solved this question. You have to use two different shortcodes
form body [post_title] and mail body [post-title]
