Someone recommending another plugin, and CSP-SOP friendly?

]]>Hi,
I really love your plugin, but there is one thing that bugs me a bit. I use SSL on my blog and was able to resolve almost all problems (some images remain yet, but I know I just have to write https in the links).
The only thing missing: the favicon. This still remains being called through http, which isn’t really a big thing, but well, you know it’s nice to have things just working.
So if you see a way to set the plugin to respect SSL where in use, that’d be great.
]]>Hi,
This plugin isn’t working for me on the front-end: https://akimet-inc.com. I see it on the admin page but again, not he front end. I’ve tried both IE10 and Chrome.

]]>Whenever I upload an image for the favicon, I get two messages. At the top of the screen it says that the favicon was successfully installed. But just below that it says this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DateTime::getTimestamp() in /home/content/52/11131252/html/wp-content/plugins/genie-wp-favicon/GwpfSetupModel.php on line 25
I tried deactivating the plugin, but the image I chose is still appearing in the window tab. I tried reinstalling it and using a different image, but it does the same thing and won’t even recognize the new image.
What should I do?
]]>Hi!
I love that your plugin works, I’ve tried to manually create favicons earlier. They all worked on standard browsers but not on iOS.
May I make a request? Your plugin makes great favicons that work when you use iOS’s “Add to Home Screen” which creates a link ot the site directly as an app icon on your phone, not in the actual browser.
However, it also adds the usual “gloss” function, which looks kind of bad. Would it be possible for you to add this functionality?
If you prefer to add your own effects, be sure to append the -precomposed keyword to the end of the image file name.
Thank you for a useful plugin.

Does this plugin fix this behavior?
