How are patronymics (patronyms) supported in this plug-in, or is it on the roadmap?

When loading the gedcom files, is that a one-time action, or can they be reloaded?
Related to the gedcom, (how) are patronymics loaded and which tags are used for this.

I have one production site, one development site and the occasional staging site. How many Pro licenses do I need?

In Style 1 I have chosen NONE for Show Gender, but on the popup, gender icon is showing.

I have now submitted several requests over the past month, both on this support forum and also through their contact form from within the plugin settings. I have paid for Pro and I have received no support. Pretty disappointing. Before I post a negative review, does anyone know if this plugin has been abandoned?

I have many LGBT members within my family. Some are legally married but this plugin does not allow me to add them. It just lists the same person twice, in both pink and blue, and the spouse doesn’t appear at all. This is real discrimination and needs to be fixed ASAP.

I submitted a ticket several weeks ago through the Contact Us form on my website but nobody has responded so I am trying this support forum.

There seems to be no way to order siblings according to DOB. This means that they appear in the order they were entered, not in the order of birth. This, to me, seems like a great flaw in the plugin, and it seems like it is not being addressed.

Is there any way that I can re-order my members?

is it possible to access the database or ability to create a new data entry form for both Family Groups and Members?

When we upload a Gedcom file into Genealogical Tree and a note is compiled for a person’s page, this appears with no paragraph breaks. Can this be corrected so that the text appears as it was prepared, with breaks at the end of each paragraph.

What is ROOTS ID? Do I need to update this? If so, how? Trying to upload GEDCOM file from Reunion 13.2 software for Mac genealogy software.

I have sent an email 3 times to the gmail address indicated and have not received a response in 2 weeks! I am beginning to think this plugin is no longer supported. We used to get quick responses but not any more.

Curious to know if other members can contribute to the tree? we have family globally and it would be great if we can receive submissions and subsequently approve them.

Hello that was a good update you came with last. Ajax works now but won’t show translation. I have double member picture, one small and one big, do you have an idea why it does that?. Do you have or are you working on something that can show birthdays, wedding anniversaries a month ahead. Maybe a short code or something that can be put on a page or maybe an addition to the program.

i would like to translate the production pages in Greek! I use WPML how can I do that? The only option I have is to translate the plugin, but it is useless because i don’t have problem with the family tree management but with result in the production.

This site is currently in Maintenance Mode and requires admin access to see the error. The issue happens when I try to activate the Pro version of the plugin. I do have access to the client’s Pro account. I looked for a solution on Stack Overflow, and someone responded like this:

I had this issue when including two composer autoloaders from two directories where one originated as a copy of the other one (don’t ask me why).

Cannot fix this problem, and neither can the Bluehost WP Experts. They say it is a problem w/the plug-in and the developer is not responding to my repeated emails. Can anyone else hep??

After updating to 2.1.9.1 and clicking your database update button – nearly all birth/death dates were gone.
I sent you screenshots via mail.

Now I switched back to 2.4.1 and reloaded the before saved database back.

What can I do to update without data loss?

The update on May 28 broke the family trees. Only logged in users can see the tree and even then, there are no names just male/female on each branch with dates. Totally useless! When you are not logged in, you get:

No data, Root ID required

We need this fixed ASAP!!!
